Does it come with all the corresponding bolts? All of mine are frozen and may end up being cut off.

They did not in my order. Although those "dogbone" bolts are a pretty easy find, pretty positive they are 10 x 1.5 I only know this because I was kinda in your shoes, last owner on the shell I've been building managed to crosstread each one so I spent hours re-tapping. Hope this helps, the product is awesome just no bolts :)
