Comfortable and warm
Nice and comfortable, and keeps me quite warm. The gloves on mine were attached the correct way.

Its good however, only has 3 fingers and a thumb hole... where is my pinky meant to go?

Hands sewn the wrong way, sending back as too large though, now have the M size which I had to cut the inside of the hood out as it was allSewn incorrectly so hood was all bunched up, don’t have to return another! And having to pay for a return is not on!!! £3.99 disgusting!

Poor
While the item was soft, comfortable to wear and very warm, the gloves were sown on the wrong way (thumb holes on the opposite side of your thumbs) and one pocket opening was stitched up. Clearly no quality control. The item is adequate for it's primary purpose but way over-priced given the poor standard of production.
