LG Gram Thin and Light Laptop 17in Intel i7-8565U 16GB RAM 512GB SSD Windows 10 (Renewed)

Overall I love my Gram. The only beef I would have would be with the details in the listing pertaining to the definition of renewed. My laptop came to me with noticable wear on the outer case and palm rests. It felt like I had bought a used laptop off of eBay. Thankfully this machine has enough positive going for it that I was able to overlook these blemishes. The other thing that would have been nice would be if the production year of the laptop was disclosed. Mine was put into service in early 2020, that's pretty old in computer years. All that said, I love what this laptop has to offer.

I use this as my "kitchen" computer, the alternate for my upstairs desktop. This one works great! No, it's not a touchscreen, but that was known when I bought it. I didn't care. The shipment was fast. The LG box it came in was very classy. It performs beautifully. I can run multiple streaming videos...I tried this almost immediately as a test, based on a prior review. I was able to have five videos streaming at once. Probably could have opened more, but that seemed a sufficient test. There is no indication of any refurbishing. It appears to be brand new. It's very light, and I can use it in my lap/bed without worrying about over-heating as there's no cooling fan. The screen quality is excellent! I highly recommend this product after a couple of months of use.

DO NOT BUY!!! NOT A TOUCH SCREEN, INTNET DRIVER OR HARDWEAR TOTALLY FUBAR!!!! My experience is not only that it is not as advertised as touchscreen. But not even able to loard my college video classes or even streaming video of any kind.Granted I did buy refurbished...bad choice even if Amazon backed. Touch sceen negative unless you urs rock and that would be one time only!!!!!! Screen quality: if i could actually watch any video on it i might know. Battery life: IDK because you'll fell asleep or die of boredom.

Very light and GREAT battery life. My wife loves this machine. Would recommend to anybody looking for a light weight laptop to carry around.

NOTE: This is in regards to the "renewed" item sold here, not the new LG Gram 17 laptop.Description says "Product works and looks like new" but what I received was a used-and-abused laptop. Numerous scratches... One screw cover missing... More importantly, I only received a USB C charger (very inconvenient to use since USB C connections often become loose and the proper barrel connection is better, more secure.) I wasn't expecting a new product but I thought I would get something decent enough to live up to its "renewed" label.I have no comment about the laptop's performance, since I haven't yet tested it vigorously. It seems to be in normal working condition though, so far.

I paid around 1200 for one of these Renewed and it’s fabulous. Disregard other reviewer, though it is not touch screen. It’s SO light. GIANT screen.

This laptop is not for children. It is a serious tool for business people. I love it. Best $1200 I ever spent! Thank you LG for another great product.It is fast. It is upgradable. It is simple to work on if it needs maintenance in the future. I'm a 25 year IT veteran. I wish this was the industry standard. But alas, most IT departments are not run by IT pros...If you want a serious business laptop that will neither break the bank or your arm, you've found it.
