Delicious.

I had tasted these and loved them so ordered these as a gift. When opened the truffles had melted and reset, so they were mis-shaped, squashed, with no cocoa dusting. Some had broken then stuck to the wrapping as they solidified, so broke when unwrapped. Awful. And so embarrassing as a gift! An appalling waste of money.

I bought a pack of these delicious chocolates as a gift for my wife. The initial delivery came on time as expected but the product had been exposed to high temperatures in transit and the chocolates had all melted. The team at Monty Bojangles were fantastic and quickly sent a replacement pack which arrived in pristine condition. Thank you Monty Bojangles fantastic customer service.

The whole box had been melted chocolate. So when you opened each one the chocolate was crumbly and misshapen

Alas not so glorious - this was an original Monty Bojangles product alright, but it was stored at too high a temperature and the content inside the individual wrappings was molten flat, then solidified, and tends to break apart with lots of crumbles when opened.I'm glad I did not buy this as a present.The good news is that it was replaced without any fuss and ado, hence the four stars (the taste is great).
