If you are having a difficult time with Care Plans, this is the book for you! It really helps pull it all together, and it is worth its weight in gold. I found this book extremely useful.

This book is very fundamental. This is for beginning nursing students. As you progress through the program, you are expected to be more scientific with your rationales. This book do not have scientific rationales. I would not consider this to be a good source.

I gave it as a gift to my niece and it was very useful for her.She was able to pass the boards.
