When this package arrived, I immediately seen what others complained about in the reviews, as the exterior package strapping tape was completely full of glitter & created a trail of glitter through my house before I even opened the box!. I was wondering how badly it must have messed-up the sorting machines at the Post Office. I was feeling brave enough to open the package & there was so much glitter that fell-out on my floor, without even opening the glittered boxes that were wrapped inside with cellophane. Oh yea, I returned it!

Beautiful during the day or night. A lot of glitter fall out, but nothing that affects the look. The bows are not attached, but easily fixed with a zip ties. A great option for smaller patios as they do not take up a lot of space, but still large enough to be seen from the road. I’m happy with the purchase and would like to buy more in the future for other areas.

The boxes are just as I expected in appearance and they seem to work fine. I am waiting for dark to see how bright they are but I may not wait that long because there are no ground anchors included nor is there any way to attach the bows to the boxes. The boxes are so lightweight that not including anchors seems ridiculous. I tried using twist ties to attach the bows but frankly, it's a pain to try to do and for the money I spent on these, I should not be expected to come up with my own means for attaching them. That being said, I think I will be returning them.

DO NOT try to open this box indoors. I made that mistake and had glitter all over a coffee table, a stool and a shag rug and couldn’t get the large one out of the box because it is EXACTLY the size of the box. I took it outside and finally had to rip the box apart to get it out. The lights in them have all 3 boxes connected, so they have to stay close. I had to finally get a screwdriver to get the battery box open. It has to be up under the large box which makes it hard to get to every night, so I don’t. The ribbons for the top of each are NOT attached, so now that they’re sitting on my patio table, there’s no way to attach the ribbons, and the boxes are very light, so I’m sure when we have a strong wind, which we will, they will all blow away. They are hollow on the bottoms, so there is no way to weight them down. They’re pretty, BUT............ And I have piles of glitter all over the patio table.

What a glittery mess!! I’m using them outside, or they’d be going back. After setting them up, had to vacuum the roof (where they went) the patio where it was delivered (yes) and the table And floor where I out the bows on. It’s the tiny flat glitter, too, that stick around for years - lol. I read another review about the glitter - but accepted the risk since they are for outdoor purpose, and they had quick delivery. I had to tie wrap the bows on, - the pack didn’t come with ties, so you’ll need some. These are a set, linked by a light strand about 12” each, so you need to keep them grouped together. They plug in, which is nice. In the end, I’m keeping them for my outdoor display. I’ll give ‘em a good shake in the garbage can before stowing away. :-)

The wires were very thin with no outside insulation for the plug. The instructions for the bow attachment non existent.

I love these; they really look great under the tree outside my front door. But what everyone said about the glitter is true!! It was pouring out of the corner of the box when my daughter carried the box inside. Was glad i had read all the comments and knew to take it outside to open the box! But they do look so pretty!!

These outdoor gift box decorations are great. They look very nice in front of our home during the holidays.
