Space Heater, 1500W Ceramic Desk Space Heaters for Indoor Use, 3s Fast Heating Electric Space Heater, 3 Modes, Tip-over & Overheat Protection, Portable Small Heater for Room Office Home

I've been working from home since Spring last year due to COVID-19, and I ordered this space heater because mornings have been chilly in our home office, and I'm SO glad I did. I've had it now for a couple months and have been using it almost daily for at least a couple hours, and it works very well. It is a space heater, so it's not going to heat up a large, open area, but it will keep you warm if you're sitting close to it. However, in a smaller room with the door shut, this heater works wonders. Texas was hit with an extreme winter storm last week, and we had rolling electricity outages for about 2-3 days, but completely no gas (heat) for 6 nights. The temperature in our home was about 40 degrees, and without this space heater, we honestly don't know how we would have made it. It's the perfect size, isn't an eye sore, is quiet enough, portable, and SAFE! I love that it automatically shuts off and turns back on according to the set temperature control. This is an amazing product for an equally amazing price.

Two seasons we have had this little thing. It is *ing amazing. It heats up quickly, great for small rooms. Has an auto shutoff button on the bottom if it falls over. Happened I don’t know how many times with dogs. Feel nice and toasty. Various comfort settings. And, you can unplug it from one room and take it to another!!

This little heater does the job. It's very small, lightweight, safe (turns off if it tips over), and effective at keeping me warm in my den with very high ceilings and an open back door (the storm door with doggy door is shut but the main door has to be left open for my dogs to be able to get outside...which lets in a lot of cold / lets out a lot of heat. I've turned off the heat in my house to see if I can get by with just two small heaters in my den. (Note: I also bought a 750 watt quartz infrared heater to pair with this one on the other side of my couch). So far so good on this first day of trying this experiment. I am happy with my purchase.

I am very satisfied so far with the product. Will update should something problematic occur that changes my mind. Note that for the thermometer / temperature control, turning it all the way down will turn the device off - I wanted to test the lowest temperature possible and as a rough estimate, I'd say the controls only go 1/2 through the circular bar before it turns off. Not a big nitpick, just a very small heads up since I turned mine all the way down to see the lowest possible setting and thought that I had recieved a faulty product. The temperature just needs to be turned up, even if you are only using the fan setting.It definitely lives up to its advertisement for heating up very quickly to a very hot temperature. I left it on overnight and when I checked up on it later, neither the plug, the bottom or any other part aside from the front were even warm. Very happy with that. My main reason for removing a star (considering even two) was that it was far louder than I was expecting. It wont break your eardrums, but it definitely is noticeable. Think of the volume an average grade laptop fan would make if you were playing a heavy duty game (its about twice as loud as that). As someone that prefers absolute silence when sleeping, this heater would definitely be too loud if I wasn't already sleeping with earplugs. I can still hear it through my earplugs, but might just be me being sensitive. Maybe in a nosiy office setting, it won't be notificable, but in a quiet room it definitely is.So far I am very happy with this and I will see how it holds up in the long run.

When my wife's mother came to live with us, I compromised on the thermostat setting, raising it to higher than I'd have liked. It's still not really warm enough for her, so I bought this little heater for her room. I heats that fairly large room quite easily and it's pretty quiet. The controls, two knobs, are fairly simple. One has four settings: Off, Fan Only, Low, and High. That is a little hard to turn and my mother-in-law was afraid of breaking it, but once I showed her that it clicks to the next setting if you turn it hard enough, that was no problem. The other knob sets the temperature from low to high and is easily turned. The widening line on that is not the easiest to see in dim light, so that could be improved a little, but it works well enough. If you pick up the unit and tilt it even a little, it turns off immediately. Obviously if it is knocked over, it will do the same, so that's a great and necessary safety feature. I have it on a stone hearth but I think it could go on a bare wooden floor without any real worry. Highly recommended.

After five years, this thing is going still going strong. I use it in a 100 sqft ADU, where I keep a bunch of acoustic guitars. The temperatures at night in the winter can get as low as 39 degrees Fahrenheit, with humidity in the 40 percent range. This is not a suitable environment for wood instruments. This heating unit heats that space nicely. With the help of a separate temperature controller and humidifier, I keep it at a cozy 65 degrees and 60 percent humidity. The reason for a separate temperature controller is that the dial-type temperature controller on the unit is not precise enough for my application. The problem is that there is too big a gap between the on-off temperature for accuracy. However, if you are okay with the temp straying a bit, then this unit by itself will do the trick and continue to do it for years!
