Can't give less than 1 star else would have given a negative rating.There was a sparking noise from within the heater, barely 2 months into using the product, the service center refuses to replace. DO NOT BUY.Bought it last September. Over the last year the technicians have visited four times, with no permanent fixes and they refuse to replace the product. They are swindlers of the highest order. Soon it will be out of warranty and then we will have to pay for repairs.DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SMOOTH TALKING ways. We are insisting on a replacement and will update if we get one. In any other civilized country, it would have been replaced without question.

Best part is that it can heat water upto 80 degree celcius which is best in the market in its segment. Next useful thing is it's heat retention of more than 8 hrs even though it holds 25 litre water - this really saves your electric bill as it is also a 5 star rated product. I purchased it because we have very high TDS borewell water and titanium coated tank as mentioned in specifications does work as expected to reduce the standing loss.

only one and half feet pipe is given...while the box packing read as pipe free plus installation....misguiding facts. Felt cheated !!.

The product was delivered very promptly on the very next day of placing the order. The product is very good there is no doubt about it. The installation took two/three days and it was a very short process. The technician was in hurry and was rather reluctant to explain the working of the geyser.The bad experience started now. For the size of the bathroom the size of the geyser seems to be large. I went for 25 litres storage geyser as recommended by the local dealers. The size of 15 liters geyser would have been an apt size and I tried with the customer care executive of Amazon to help me change the geyser for lower capacity. I was refused quoting their policy. It is very easy to quote the company's policy and say 'no'. Because that ends the matter. I have started using the geyser and it is a good product. It is only one week of using.
