Great luggage and Super great price
I purchased the owl pattern for my 5 year old and the giraffe pattern for my 11 year old for a trip to grandma's this coming summer. After arrival, I inspected the pieces thoroughly and found them to be well made. The goal is to take only a carry-on and a personal bag each so we don't have to pay extra luggage fees. I did a pre-packing run to make sure how much we could fit inside and I was very happy.... So happy in fact, that I decided to order a set for myself too. I pack by laying out my pants and shirts on top of each other, folding them in half, and rolling them together. I find that I fit far more in my bag that way. Here is what I fit inside the main area for myself without expanding the zipper for the extra 2 inches of room: 2 pairs of jeans 3 pair of mid calf capri pants 5 shirts 1 dress 3 bras 5 underwear 1 pair sandals 1 pair dress flats 1 pair Nike running shoes 1 swimming suit 1 beach cover-up In the small outer pockets I packed: 5 pair socks 3 camis 1 slip In the smaller personal bag, I fit my 11 inch laptop in the large front pocket. In the main area, I fit the following: make-up, curling iron, deodorant, toothpaste, electric toothbrush with its charger, phone and charger, travel size wet wipes and Kleenex packets, wallet, keys, snacks and a water bottle. There is a zippered long narrow pocket on the other side of the personal bag that is the perfect size in which to put your boarding pass. There is also a nice wide strap to loop over the handle of the carry-on so both bags can be pull transported through the airport. I rolled the bags all around my house on carpet and hardwood to test the wheels. They functioned smoothly. I parked the bag free standing and fully packed. It remained upright. Some reviewers have said their bags tipped over when packed. Maybe it depends on what you have inside and how it is packed. I fly Delta and the fee for checked bags is $25 each way so a round trip would cost $50. You are allowed one carry-on and a personal item for free. I paid $29 for the owl print set, $35 for the giraffe print set, and $29 for the solid purple set I bought for myself. I know these will last many trips for my girls and I so it was definately worth the pittance of a price for these new luggage sets. I come out $1 cheaper after tax and with my free prime shipping ordering all of these than I would have to check 2 bigger bags. I packed enough clothes for each of us for a week. I actually could fit two weeks worth of clothes for my 5 year old since her things are smaller. We are staying 3 weeks at grandma's house so we do laundrythere. I'd much rather have the pretty new luggage for the price than to pack extra clothes and pay for the bag fee. The way I figure it, even if we buy extra stuff there that won't fit on the way back, it's cheaper to mail it back in a priority mail one rate box than to pay luggage fees. I am very happy with my purchase and think you will be as well.

Great product does what it needs to do
Very happy with product very durable last long time I’ve had this for a few years. I’ve used it to travel out of state and in-state not to mention it’s very cute and luckily the design is forgiving of dirt along the way I would suggest it’s also the perfect size for travel on a plane at least it is for frontier.

Good bags with a few drawbacks
I’ve used this set maybe 10 times now and here are my takeaways: Pros: *Very durable *Solid zippers *The smaller bag fits easily under airplane seats even when full *The roller bag meets most size requirements for carry-on luggage Cons: *The roller bag doesn’t stand up on its own so I always have to hold it or lean it on something which is a little frustrating *the wheels on the roller bag are LOUD. I get a lot of stares and sometimes end up carrying the bag out of self-consciousness Overall it’s a very good set for the price but it’s probably better for road trips than flights. I mostly travel solo so the roller bag not standing up on its own isn’t a major dealbreaker but I imagine it’d be a huge hassle for someone traveling with kids.

Light, Compact size, roomy, expandable.
The best value carry on. The size is OK even for those picky airlines. It is light, and since the wheels are integrated, there is less risk of breaking them, or becoming a problem for airlines carry on size checks. The wheels are larger than others making the easier to carry over rough surfaces. It is also expandable if you need extra room.

Color is NOT as pictured for the BLUE set.
**This is NOT the bright royal blue in the photos. It is closer to an Air Force Blue (RAF) or darker sky blue.** QUICK REVIEW: It's a bit of a gamble. PROS: 1. Fits Icelandair's carryon and under-seat baggage size restrictions. 2. Affordable. 3. Will roll. 4. Turquoise set true to pictured color. CONS: 1. Questionable durability: several loose threads, shaky telescoping handle, plastic wheels. 2. Blue color is not the bright royal blue pictured. It is more of a subdued medium/sky blue. 3. Turquoise set had some white marks on the back of the carryon, but it looks like I'll be able to remove them, so not a huge deal. FULL REVIEW: I ordered two sets, this one for myself and the turquoise one for my mom to help comply with Icelandair's carryon baggage size of 21.6"x15.7"x7.8" (555x40x20 cm), which was 2cm shorter in depth than my regular carryon. There was only one other luggage option available within this size range which was a hardcase with spinner wheels. Based on the previous views for both luggage brands, I was hesitant to get either as both had very mixed reviews on the durability of the luggage. Ultimately I chose this set because of a couple of reviews on a non-Amazon site directly related to flying Icelandair that said it held up well for a 2+ week trip through multiple countries. Additionally, I feel more comfortable taking the risk with a soft side case as it is more flexible than a hardcase. I was very disappointed that the blue bag was not the pretty bright royal blue shown in the photos. Luckily my mom likes the blue's color so we traded, but I still took a star off for mis-representation of the color. My initial concerns about durability include: 1. There are already a number of loose threads visible on the blue set, more on the underseat bag, but some on the carryon as well. I do not know if these are structural or merely cosmetic, so I will update this review after our trip. The turquoise set had only one or two loose threads. 2. The telescoping handle does not always pull up evenly. Sometimes one side will pull up higher than the other and sometimes it all pulls up together. It takes a few seconds to get it to lock into place and, once it is extended, it feels quite shaky. I'm not sure I would trust putting the smaller bag on top as I'm not sure it will actually hold the weight. If locked into the shorter position, it feels a little sturdier, but that only works if you are short and it doesn't always stay in that position once you start pulling it. 3. The 'skater' wheels were about what I expected, but had hoped based on the descriptions and reviews that they were actual rubberized skater wheels. These are definitely all plastic, so they do make noise when rolling the bag even when empty. This is not surprising at this price-point, but I do worry about how well they will hold up. They do seem pretty solid right now so I will have to wait and see how they do for actual travel. Based on the other reviews, I checked all the zippers on both the carryons and the under seat bags. So far they all seem fine, although the main zipper on the blue carryon got a little stuck on the bottom corner. It didn't break, but I moved them very gently. I would recommend not packing it to full capacity to make sure that there is no extra stress put on the zippers. I have not tried packing them yet, so I will update this review if I find any issues after packing. The turquoise set, despite being less expensive, seems slightly more durable than the blue set. I will see how they hold up during the packing process and the trip itself and will update this review accordingly. Majority of photos are from the blue bag. Last three are the turquoise bag. Overall opinion: It's probably a hit-or-miss. Time will tell. Giving it three stars until I see how they hood up in travel. ***** UPDATED REVIEW 24 May 2025 ****** Both sets of luggage held up well for our trip. The telescoping handle however was quite temperamental and there were several times when I thought I would not be able to get it to go back down or that it might bread, so it definitely needs to be treated very gently. Most of the time this issue occurred if I used it to hold the accompanying 'under the seat' bag, but sometimes it had trouble even without the extra luggage on top. In terms of packing, this suitcase set can actually hold quite a bit if you are creative with your packing. I was able to fit three dresses, a long skirt, a short skirt, 3 tank tops, two long sleeved shirts, sneakers, a backpack, 7 pairs of socks, two shawls, toiletries, small hair brush, light jacket, and a variety of small miscellaneous items. We did not use the included locks as they are more like a diary lock. We invested in good quality combination locks instead which worked well on both sets of luggage. If you tighten the interior luggage straps and don't pack the front pockets or use the expansion zipper, the carry-on suitcase fits perfectly with no problem in Icelandair's carry-on baggage allowance. Same for the under the seat bag. I had an infotainment box under one of my seats and the bag still fit fine underneath with room for my feet. I'm still leaving this at 3 stars due to the shakiness of the telescoping handle and the wrong color, but I can confirm that both sets of luggage that I purchased survived our trip to Bavaria.

Perfect for overnight or weekend trips.
I am not much of a traveller. I haven't been on a plane in several years. I have watched TV segments of how chaotic airports can be, the long check- in lines, the luggage debacles and even the nasty and sometimes scary episodes of passengers on a plane. I doubt if I ever choose to fly again, but after retirement, I plan on taking fairly short jaunts in my car. When I got out my luggage, I realized how bulky and heavy it was. And no wheels on any of it. I knew I was really behind the times. I thought it is time to get some new luggage. I searched on Amazon first. I found exactly what I wanted and at a sale price. The dark purple was as pictured and it was really pretty. And it had wheels, which I had never had before. This luggage seems to be of good quality. It is lightweight with two small zippered pockets on the outside and a large zippered mesh pocket on the inside. It has two straps to hold your clothes down so they don't get jostled around. The smaller bag will hold my make-up and possibly an extra pair of shoes. It zips with a velcro closure to hold the handles together along with a shoulder strap. If you arecfkying it is the perfect size for a carry-on and will fit comfortably in the overhead compartments. Most women would probably think this is not big enough for their travel needs. But since I will only be taking overnight or weekend trips, it will be great. I have found in the past that when I do take short trips and I am going to be driving, I take several tote bags, more shoes than I need and more clothes than I need. I know I do it simply because I have the space. But I thought it would be less frustrating to cut back on the items I take. Now I will carefully pick out a few outfits, rather than a whole week's worth. I always think I might need them, but you know what I never do. Sometimes less is more. I always found myself wasting time trying to decide among many outfits which added more stress. So with these 2 pieces, it will take less time packing, less time dragging a bunch of luggage to my room and take up less space in my car. Nowadays it is not good to leave anything in your car even if it is locked. I want to enjoy my time away and not make it a luggage chore. I did look at the hard shell luggage as well, but since it won't be stored in the luggage compartment of a plane, it wasn't necessary to spend the extra money. So if you want a nice 2 pc set of luggage for those short overnight trips, this is for you. You also have the option of buying 4 pc sets as well. So happy traveling and enjoy!

Perfect
Talk about a trip to see Nana. My 2 year old granddaughter thinks she’s supposed to pack nearly everything and every time she comes for a visit. Good quality, sturdy, cute and perfect for her.
