I bought this tea to help with my sugar cravings. I'm not overweight but I have such a sweet tooth I constantly feel like eating something sweet. The lock down probably doesn't help but still I shouldn't eat too much sugary stuff. So I found this tea. Not many reviews to go by but I've seen reviews for another tea which caused people to go to the loo constantly and I didn't want that so I thought I try my luck with this one. So far I had two tea bags at the weekend. Not sure if it's a psychological thing that I drink a tea which is supposed to stop sugar craving so now I suddenly don't crave sugar that much or it helped straight away but I seriously didn't feel like eating that much sugary thing after having the tea. On Sunday though I suddenly felt a cramp in my stomach and had to go to the loo. Nothing major but first I started to think what I had that resulted it when I realised it might be the tea. So I stopped it for a few days as I don't want cramps but I'll monitor my cravings and maybe have one bag of this tea every other day or so. It tastes nice, I prefer the taste when it's hot but it's fine. All in all I would recommend it if you would like to try something natural to help with your cravings.

This is my second box. I have lost weight but for now, I can’t attribute this to the product as I’m also exercising and follow a diet. I will see how it goes with the second box. I do like the pepperiness but I am used to pepper. I do feel that this tea may aid digestion. I would have given this 5 stars but for the delivery. I had been waiting all day for it. Around 5 pm I checked my emails and saw one from Amazon saying my package had been delivered. I went outside to look and found it left on top of a flower pot. There was no knock all day and I have a designated safe place in case I’m not in. This was not used. The item was just dumped. Very disappointing, especially leaving something meant for consumption out by the street. I will be looking for another place to buy anything edible rather than getting it from Amazon. This isn't the first incidence of dumping my deliveries around flower pots when I’m in, waiting for them.

Been using this tea now for quite a few months. The taste isn’t that great but then again I don’t like normal everyday tea, I’m a coffee lover but it’s something I got use to pretty quick & now I quite enjoy it. I have a couple of brews a day of it & I think it does help with losing weight if you are on a diet. If I want a snack I’ll have cup of this tea instead & by the time I’ve drank it, I’ve forgotten about having a snack. I love all their different types of tea & have got 2/3 different ones but will be buying the rest of their range. Go ahead & try it & see what you think. You won’t be disappointed.

Decided that I’m going to try and get healthier and I’m a big tea lover - so ordered this as the reviews were pretty good! Checked the ingredients on amazon and nothing seemed dodgy! Arrived this morning and tried it, tasted really nice - however slightly “spicy” but overall better than expected! Had another cup and perhaps one more. A few hours later I was running to the toilet every 20-30 minutes, I thought maybe I had undercooked the chicken, or got a stomach bug and then when I picked up the packet and actually checked it, it has senna in it (a laxative)! On one occasion this evening, I ran to the toilet and slipped on my carpet and gave myself a black eye, which is never ideal! I’m sure the (probably very small amount) senna wasn’t the only contributing factor to my bowel movements, perhaps my body wasn’t used to be not eating junk food! Overall it was a bad experience I’d say, however the tea did taste nice! And it certainly did detox me well!

I bought this but stupidly didn't read the full ingredients list beforehand. When I tried it I felt like my mouth was on fire because it was so spicy. This contains ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and cayenne pepper so if you are intolerant to strong spices (like i am), do not buy this tea. I tried adding honey but that didn't help so they will be going in the bin. If you like strong spicy food then this might be the product for you, but if you don't then it will be a waste of money, like it has been for me. This will teach me to read all the listing and look at the photos more closely in future.

Not sure if they work for weightloss or helping metabolic rate but tastes nice. I get 2 cups out of one bag, one morning & one lunchtime

Its my first time writing review, because really worth it. I got this tea 5 days ago and the reason for getting it is because I was eating a lot of sweets where I was eating sweets during lunch as well and not even having proper meal but I couldn’t stop myself I’ve tried a lot of ways but always it only last one day then I go back to eating a lot of sweets. Since I started taking the tea seriously I don’t feel like eating sweets at all even though when I got it I didn’t really believe it will do that my aim was digestion and maybe will help with the sweet issue but what I got not just that I don’t feel hungry for example today I ate 800 calories I started trying to reach number of calories needed and lost 1,5kg in just 5days I read that will make you run to toilet but what happened with me is opposite i got actually constipation which normal because I’m not eating and specially fiber so had to try to eat more fiber and didn’t take the tea the 5th day. However only 1 day I took the tea two times the rest of the day only one time and the first thing in the morning along with the tea and diet I’m doing intermittent fasting 9-5pm

love the taste, cant say anything on effects, but activates my system

Je le prends le matin,sens rien ajouter hein c'est parfait juste que sa sens l'herbe😂😂 je l'utilise depuis 1semaine je vois le résultat.
