Awesome Upgrade Flashlight!
This upgraded Nitecore Tube is a great tiny flashlight to carry for quick and momentary bright light when needed. I only bought one a few weeks beforehand, and had time to use it. I ended up liking it right away. So I ordered 6 more for Christmas gift for my family! They liked it as well.I owned an older version of this flashlight over a year ago. I liked it as well, but this has so many improvements that I liked a lot, such as longer battery life, quicker charging, brighter light output and a warmer color LED.Very satisfied with my purchase! Thank you!

Great stocking stuffer
Big hit at Christmas. This is as bright as my Microstream and very handy. The simple operation and dual brightness modes make it very useful.

Very useful! Best flashlight ever!
One click gives you a dim light, perfect for finding your shoes without waking your roommate. Double click, and you can light up the corners in a dark parking garage!Small and powerful!

Great light, long lasting, bright for its size, but spill shines in your eyes
Pictures: two just holding the flashlight on bright. You see how bright the light itself is. The third photo is just my phone's flash enabled, showing how much brighter this tiny flashlight is compared to my phone's flashlight funtion. This light is small and very bright for its size. "Why not just use the flashlight on your phone?" This light is a lot brighter than the flash on my phone (Pixel 3), is easy to hold with my teeth, doesn't take battery life from my phone, and takes only a tiny amount of space in my pocket.I've had it for a few months and have only recharged it a couple times, though it hasn't run out of power yet.I ran it through the clothes washer once (did I mention it's barely noticeable in the pocket?) and after I took it apart, dried it out, put it back together, and charged it, it works great. The only problem with this flashlight, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the LED bulb isn't hidden from your eyes when just using it regularly, so it shines in your eyes. I usually put my thumb on top of the bulb, but there's still a decent amount of light getting through. When I'm using a flashlight, the light shining backwards from my hand is annoying and makes it harder to see.

Great for summer backpacking
I bought this little light for backpacking trips during summer months when the day is long. I added a piece of guyline with a sliding knot so that I can wear it around my neck. I measured about 10.8g on my scales. It works beautifully. I usually use it on the lowest setting when I'm finishing my camp chores before going to bed. You can also crank it up a bit and hike with it by holding it in your hand. Overall it is a great light to have when a full headlamp is an overkill.

Tiny But Mighty
I'm very impressed with the Nitecore Tube V2.0 keychain flashlight. Despite its small size, it delivers a bright and reliable beam of light. The USB rechargeable feature is also very convenient, and it's built to last. Overall, I highly recommend this flashlight for anyone who needs a compact and powerful light source on the go.

I Love, Love, LOVE these lights and have five of them.
Why the three stars rather than five ? ? ? ?Well . . . they have electrical component durability / function issues.Out of the five I have (wait . . . I have one at work; that's six) one just quit on me all together and no amount of charging or attempting to get it out of it's "press for five seconds sleep mode" has worked. That was a black one. It will become clear why I mention the color shortly.I have a clear one that, knock on wood, has worked for years with almost daily use. Often I just grab it when I'm going into a darkened room to get something; rather than turn on the room lighting I just use the second click brighter setting. I often use the light on the first click dim setting for negotiating stairs at night. Why not turn on the lights ? This thing lasts for ever on a charge so it has got to be saving me money on electricity and in a small way limiting the damage to the planet's atmosphere from not generating electricity to light rooms for a few seconds. (most of the energy used to light the larger bulbs for half an hour is spent in the short period when they come on)I just bought a green one to carry for the winter holidays, just for a change. Then I thought : I love the blue color of the one I bought for my partner (she loves the color to) so I bought one of those. For use after the holidays, you know . . . just for a change. The green one is still going strong but the blue one died in no time. It worked perfectly for a couple of weeks of daily use but now on the second click goes into some halffast flashing mode and is never steady. I still have the instructions, reread them, then went to the website . . . have tried all manner of button combinations to get it out of this mode. Seems like I read there was a mode for rescue where it would pulse for days to attract attention but turns out that may have been in the Freedom Light which I used until I discovered these Tube lights (I prefer the re-charge-abilty to replacing batteries in the Freedom Lights.)Then I read others have had the flash problem. Seems to be with the blue ones. Two things I can tell you :1. If you click then quickly click again and hold the button down one can bring the dim setting up brighter if you don't hold the button down too long (which then goes into flashing).2. I set the light on brighter, just before flash, and let it run until it shut down automatically. Then I recharged it fully. This DID NOT reset the light and it still flashes in the second click bright mode.I am very disappointed. One reviewer went so far as to order a second blue one and it started flashing soon after he got it as well.Guess I am going have to give up the idea of owning a fully functional blue one. Ahhh first world problems . . . . right ? : )UPDATE : 2-2-22I'm all happy again !I ordered one of the green ones with the old 45 lumen rating / parts.I pulled the screws out of both the Blue 55 lumen and the green one and did a swap of the 45 into the blue case.Went right in and now, knock on wood I have a reliable blue Nitecore Tube. Yes I would like ten more lumens but not if it is just going to fail again.PS : if the circuit board is hard to get out there are two plastic posts from the case that pierce the board and then they lightly melt the tops of the posts. The melted over portion is very thin and will pop right off with a little prying.I'm so happy ! . . . hey it's the little things.

Good Handy Pocket Light
Kept in my book bag for walking at night or when something rolls off the desk into the darkness. Enough light to illuminate your path and close quarters or find your way in a blackout. Flat profile so can fit easily in a shirt pocket or slide it under your glove when walking and not needed. LED indicator for charging is blue and near the on/off button inside the casing, and goes out when fully charged by USB. Has sat for a month in my backpack and was ready for use when I pulled it out. Seems to hold a charge pretty well as I leave it in my vehicle overnight so it seems to handle the hot and cold temperature changes from day to night.
