Good biodegradable pods in plastic wrapping!
These pods work fine in our Nespresso Pixie machine. It tastes good and generates good crema. Our only complaint is that each 10 pack of pods is wrapped in plastic, and that has to go in general waste. We've been using a different brand that comes packaged completely in cardboard, with paper based tape so it can be done. We tried this brand as it's cheaper but we'll be sticking to others that don't use plastic at all.

Not Nespresso compatible
These pods are very affordable but unfortunately do not work with a nespresso machine and it just floods your machine. Please opt for aluminium capsules

Bad Tasting Pods
Nice Product, eco friendly, excellent price. Just one problem. They taste awful! Weak and bitter. Such a shame.

Well balanced, with light to medium roast. Good consistent brew for black and milk based coffees.
The media could not be loaded. Okay, I'll admit that I like my coffee (perhaps even too much coffee), but I make no bones about saying that I really only want 'good' coffee, and will put down a 'bad' cup, rather than make do. Also, having tried numerous brewing methods; and using different methods on a regular, rotating, basis, I'm not ashamed to say that I like the convenience and consistency that I can get from a 'Nespresso' type machine. So, with that in mind, onto Amazon's 'coffee pods'.First impressions were pretty good, with a fairly compact cardboard (nice, as I can recycle this) box, containing three (x3) packs of ten (x10) pods. The packs are plastic and sealed for freshness, but also be recycled.First pack open and I will admit that I was a little worried, when I saw that the pods appeared to be 'plastic'. thankfully, they're a compostable material; so these actually turn out to be even better than the 'foil' type that I normally look out for. These are the 'original' (smaller, almost 'thumble' shaped) pods, that work with Nespresso machines (I've a Citiz in my office) and the fit is just about spot on (certainly no problems with leaks or struggling to get the pod into the machine). As for the actual coffee, I tried a few different types (short, long and cappuccino) just to see how they would compare.Coffee colour is a little lighter than me regular coffee, but the consistency seems pretty good and there's a little crema (doesn't really make any different to the taste, but some people like this, especially if you're aiming for 'Latte Art').Smell is quite light, but nice and fresh. Taste also comes across in the light to medium range (I note that they're actually labelled as in the upper 'strength' range) with certainly no burnt or acidic tastes. There's a light biscuity, almost almond sort of taste, which is just about spot on for what I want from an arabica. Could it be better? Yes, but it's a perfectly reasonable, pleasant and consistent (important, when you're aiming for convenience) cup; and there's certainly been no (negative) comments from friends and family that I've shared a cuppa with.I like them, do think there's probably a little wiggle room for improvement on taste, but they're an otherwise very pleasant, well considered and great value item, that makes a worthy alternative to more expensive (and less tasty) pods.

Very Good and smelled just as good as it tasted
These have been a bit of a surprise. They smell great and the coffee quality is also very good. I was extremely doubtful initially because when you open the plastic packets the coffee grinds inside the packet go everywhere and create a mess. The other odd thing is they make a big thing out of the capsules being bio-degradable as opposed to the original capsules which are foil or some other OEM versions which are plastic. Ok so that's good for the environment but then they pack those capsules in plastic bags !!!!! Do'Oh!. So really all you can do is judge this on the coffee and it is good. :)

Coffee capsules with nice fragrance and flavour
First of all, the capsules are packed into three bags (each containing 10 capsules) which are packed in a box. The case of the capsule is plastic and paper cover. Not sure if the capsules are recyclable as it doesn't say on the box, so I would suggest the manufacturer to put these info on the packaging. These capsules are Nespresso compatible and they work well with my Nespresso machine. (For your reference, the machine model that I use is a semi automatic one and you need to press down the top part to look the capsules. See photo.) I have tried other brands of Nespresso compatible capsules before and not all of them work well.It states on the box the product is made in Italy and i am happy to know that it is a UTZ certified coffee. The intensity of Espresso is 4/5 but to be honest, it taste slightly weaker than the Espresso from Nespresso brand. The fragrance is nice and the flavour is there, but for a coffee addict like me who need that strong boost in the morning this one seems a little bit weak. However, I still enjoy drinking it at lunch or in the afternoon.Wonder what other flavours are like and will love to try them as well.I am not sure about the price but if these capsules but if they are setting price lower than the original Nesspresso pods, I will be happy to buy them.
