Yes to the backpack sprayer No to corroding plastic or metal

Q: I live in Florida and it’s summertime, will this product burn my plants if I spray them when it’s over 90 degrees outside?

Yes and No.. No, the product itself doesn’t harm the tree, plant, etc however; Yes, on a hot summer day any liquid sprayed on a plant will intensify the sun and can easily cause the plant to burn from the sunlight and heat. Monterey’s website product page mentions this. Mid summer or anytime temps are over 80 you should water, feed, spray any liquid late in the evening just before or after sundown. This is for two reasons.. 1. To decrease plant burn and 2. To limit interaction between the insecticide and beneficial insects and others like bees. They are usually away from the plant at this time.

Works great but don’t use on squash plants.

Works great on aphids but I killed my acorn and butternut squash plants using it.

Nice for pest control on my crotons!

I have many crotons in my garden that seem to get a black film on the leaves. I did research and this was recommended. After a couple weeks I notice that things are improving! I think this is a good value for the price and recommend this product.
