I’ve had dry and cracked hands for the last few weeks thanks to the cold weather and no other hand cream worked. This stuff is AMAZING! I’m not sure what ingredient worked but my hands are SUPER SMOOTY ANS NOURISHED

Over the years I have tried numerous different hand creams but this one is probably the best. The cream soaks in well and doesn't leave your hands feeling greasy. Definitely helps to keep hands soft. I always put some on my hands last thing at night and also keep a tube by the side of my chair. You don't need to apply too much. I highly recommend this product.

Great for repairing damaged hands but the scent is slightly sickly . Non greasy and absorbs very quickly and leaves hands feeling hydrated. Good value as lasts a long time as you only need a small amount

Only on day 2. I'm a hairdresser of over 30 years, and a compulsive handwasher. The washing and detergent is only part of my problem ..the abrasiveness of the hand drying with towels along with the hairdryer.. drying out my hands has aged my hands to the point of cracking and swollen hard skin on finger joints and knuckles. I've exhausted the market of affordable products, O'keiths, Cerave, swiss neutragena and many more. Nursem absorbs on contact, i can "almost" feel the glycerin...but not overly, allowing me to add more cream when I can. The barrier is "dry" and water pours off, washing with soap doesn't remove whole barrier. It's a game changer. If you are expecting your skin to feel like silk,... it doesn't!! It makes your skin feel like skin! Just like a good hair product makes your hair feel like hair (not silk) The scent is not synthetic or clinical...its natural and fruit zesty. I love that a nurse is going to get the chance to try this product, as they may never know this product exists. Bottom line is this.....only day 2 and reguardless of snipes...its sorting out my poorly hands. I will be buying more and will update pics... I want the world to know about this product

I’ve been using this water flosser for a couple of weeks now and really impressed with its quality. It’s easy to use, has good pressure options, and leaves my teeth feeling much cleaner than regular floss alone. The tank is a good size and the battery lasts well, plus it’s great for travel since it’s cordless. Solid quality for the price — glad I bought it.

I like it, the scent isn't artificial (I personally don't like fragranced products) and you get used to it. I do find it soothing when I apply it, but for me, I use much more than a pea-size amount though, but maybe because I don't apply it so regularly as I should? I have now ordered the larger 300ml size as works out cheaper. Does it make my hands feel good? Yes. I really like that they donate a month's supply to nurses with every purchase. That means a lot to me, as do the natural ingredients. I used to use O'Keeffs Working Hands, I think they are both as good as one another IMO in terms of restoritive effects on the skin, moisturisation, and barrier to more drying, that's just my experience/thoughts. I prefer this one as it's not all about profit, and is so charitable and supportive towards our NHS staff which tips the scale for me. To give a months supply to a nurse with every purchase - that right there is amazing. I do wish it came with a little information leaflet about the ingredients and how they compare with cheaper (toxic???) hand creams, as it would be nice to be educated more about what we put on our skin usually (the skin being our largest organ!). Overall I am happy to pay the price-tag for this. I never bother with cheap hand creams anymore (the £2 ones from chemists or supermarkets), they are a false economy and never last on the hands more than 5 mins). I think some things are worth paying for, this being one of them, but get the larger size, it will last you months(!) but work out cheaper.

I am a long time sufferer of eczema on my hands so I am trying out every hand cream under the sun. This one smells lovely and dries super quickly. I love that it doesn’t leave a residual feeling like other creams or balms. However it has not provided me with any relief, my skin hasn’t got better but it hasn’t got worse. A nice post hand wash cream, but for deep hydration or eczema I don’t recommend. Normally I go for unscented creams as well as they tend to irritate but this one doesn’t. However the smell is very strong, so worth considering if you prefer unscented.

La mejor crema de manos que he usado, y he usado muchas, muchas, muchas, de gama alta incluso. El olor es muy agradable, pero no dura mucho. La crema hidrata inmediatamente, y no sólo hidrata, también reconforta y cura. Mis manos sangraban! Con sólo unos días de uso las he recuperado. Se absorbe muy fácilmente y no deja sensación grasa. Repetiré!!!!

It works!!! Don’t love the smell but it fades. Cream sinks in quickly so my hands aren’t greasy and lasts through a few hand washes. Love it.

Me ha encantado! Mejor de lo que esperaba. Súper hidratante, huele genial y no queda nada grasa, un 10!!!

Me gusta mucho la obstrucción de esta crema y el envase aunque el olor me gusta, para mí es un poco fuerte, pero la volveré a comprar
