Been using this for years. Works great, especially during the winter keeps my mood up when there’s not much sunshine. No indigestion or anything, usually have some food when taking it but it’s probably fine to have on its own.

Love these vitamins for my husband! They are the best multivitamin. You can take them on an empty stomach and you have no issues. They are easy to swallow and I notice a difference in how I feel when I take them also. I order the women’s ones for myself and this brand is the best. I have taken other so called high quality vitamins that give me acid reflux or make me burb a weird taste. These do none of that. I highly recommend.
