Q: Does this camera work well in low light?

Dear photo enthusiast Michael , owning this excellent GeForce camera for over 3 months I can definitely say that yes it is a state of the art piece of machinery , BUT you need to keep your PC focused on the subject you are going to take picture of. This camera cannot work without a proper pci express port so in order to take full advantage of its supreme capabilities you need a PC with at least one pci express slot. You may as well work out since today's PC's are a bit heavy , so I advise you to buy EVGA Geforce 980TI ACX 2 model which comes with a bundle of a full 12month subscription to a specialized GYM for photo enthusiasts like yourself. Hope I helped mate.

Q: Will it work if i plug it in a potato?

Yes it shloud work i have a full system running with just 2 potatoes

Q: What is the difference between the ACX SC and the ACX SC+? They look like they have the same base clock speed and the same cooler.

That is the only difference. The SC+ comes with a backplate while the SC does not. Currently EVGA does not offer a backplate for the 980Ti separate so if you want a backplate you have to get the SC+

Q: I have a 850w psu. i have a i7 4970k and some ssds, will 850 be enough to run two of these in sli?

More than likely. I have a Gigabyte G1 Gaming Z170X MOBO with 16GB RAM with a single EVGA GTX 1070 hybrid gaming gpu and 2 SSDs And a lighting strip and 750p2 EVGA PSU can handle it all. 850 should be enough and if you’re really curious go on PcPartPicker and it’ll give you the wattage of your build and will even give you reccomended buys for a new PSU if needed.
