Awesome Sauerkraut!!
This is the best sauerkraut that I have ever bought. I love knowing it's organic and sourced by a woman owned small business in the USA. We will be buying more and be a lifetime customer. The taste is great, most sauerkraut is very tart and vinegar tasting. Mary did an awesome job getting the best flavor.

Fresh and full!
So tasty!!! Got as a Christmas gift and just ate on spinach pirogies. It was fresh and full to the very top! Totally worth it.

Soooo Good
After an epic fail at making my own sauerkraut, I went to Azon and found this product which is pretty much the same as what I had imagined my own would be. At first I thought it was a bit expensive and the jar is small, but the kraut is really packed in there and it lasted a long time. I just put a spoon or two on top of my meal; it adds some beautiful color, delicious taste, and healthy microbes to my meals. Tip: temperatures above 115F or so will kill the good stuff, so let your food cool a bit before adding. Thanks to this company for creating an excellent product.

Gluten-free, low FODMAP, and delicious!
Fabulous! Gluten-Free and low FODMAP, which makes this the only sauerkraut I know of that I can eat. And on top of that, it's delicious! It wasn't available for a while--so glad it's back!

This sauerkraut is amazing! So fresh and crunchy, all organic, and all of the health benefits of fermentation. Shipping was fast and it was well very packaged and arrived safely. A word of caution-open the jar over the sink!
