Unlike other blackout curtains which I have seen reviewed as a 'greyish white' these really are a pure, bright white. Ironed up well and hang lovely. They keep the light out effectively as can be seen by the photo, which was taken on a bright sunny day.

I can't praise these curtains enough. As you can see, my bedroom is nearly all in white, and as I had just done the bedroom up, I was in need of white curtains, and I'm so very pleased I found these. They are great quality, and after a easy iron they were so easy to put up. The thermal and black lining is perfect. The material is so smooth, and the front of the curtains are a brilliant white. As you hopefully can see in the photos, I have them pinned back with magnetic tie backs through the day, and they're not creased when I close the curtains at night.I like them so much, I'm thinking of getting them for my sitting room, and hall too. Go for it, you won't be disappointed. :)

They are great for the nursery. They block out the daylight very well. I had trouble getting my baby down for naps during the day but these have made a real difference. They are a strange material. Really soft, almost like thin velvet. Not what I was expecting. The black blackout layer is under the white curtain. It doesn't run the full way up past the ring holes and when pulled you can see the eneven cut edge if it's very bright out. Not major but a little annoying. At the end of the day they keep the light out and my baby is sleeping better. I tried to get a photo for the review with the curtains pulled...but it was too dark! They work too well! Ha!

As someone who works nightshirts, the search for good quality blackout curtains has been mission impossible until I tried these. The thickness of the curtains means next to no light is let in, meaning I can get a peaceful sleep even during summer months when the sun is blaring on my bedroom window.Appearance is also that of high quality and can fit in with most stylish rooms without standing out.Overall these are a game changer for me. Couldn't be happier.

Amazing product. I get to bed at 4am due to my work and having dark room in the morning was a big problem before purchasing these curtains. Highly recommended!

I bought these blackout curtains for our bedroom facing the road with street lights. They black out the light at night really well and look good in our room and they also fit perfectly which is a bonus. I don't love the material, if you have rough hands (which my partner always does and I sometimes do as we're renovating our house) then they can get caught. Basically you can't run your hands over them (if that's something you like to do with your curtains) but I guess you don't touch them much for opening and closing so overall great value product that do the job that they're supposed to.

Spend all weekend in the shops trying to find something similar to these and couldn’t... took a gamble and ordered these, literally couldn’t be happier the quality is amazing for such a low price

These curtains are very good at blocking out the sun and the heat. I have hung them in the kitchen to block out the heat and sun from the patio doors. The curtains are not cheap but you get what you pay for!! I have re-ordered them again for the other side of the kitchen and would highly recommend them. The delivery was very fast and very efficient. Ps, the only draw back to the curtains is that they retain the heat, this is because the back of the curtains are black but they do not allow the heat or daylight into the room!!
