I spend a LOT of time behind a keyboard and this is my all time favorite. Key presses are quiet, yet still produce a satisfying 'click' while typing. The keyboard is nice and sturdy, but still lightweight. Mind you, I wouldn't try to bend it in half or anything. The battery life is INCREDIBLE. I only need to charge about once per month. Importantly, the keyboard and mouse are both fully functional while charging. Not only are they functional, the placement of the charging ports are not overly disruptive, so of you NEED to charge while using, it isn't a hassle. I did buy a 6ft/3m micro-usb cable for convenience, since the included cable was a bit short for my setup. (Minor gripe is the use of micro-usb over usb-c, but at this price point, 100% acceptable). I've only ever used it on Windows and Android, but it works perfectly for both. The included mouse isn't the star of this pack, but it IS a nice mouse. It's comfortable to use, features dpi adjustment and a sturdy scroll wheel. Clicks and scrolling produces a satisfying tactile sensation. It doesn't have side buttons for navigation, but as someone with very large hands and clumsy thumbs, I don't miss them. I started having an issue with the keyboard after 18 months of use (a specific combination of key presses triggers a key that I wasn't pressing. E.g. SHIFT + DOWN triggers the DELETE key). I reported the issue to Arteck customer support and they are sending me a replacement which should arrive in the next few days. They even sent instructions on how to pair the mouse with the replacement keyboards dongle, which was definitely appreciated! Unexpectedly, they informed me that my replacement keyboard comes with its OWN warranty! Almost 2 years later, still very happy with my purchase, both because of the product and the service.

Love the keyboard and mouse combo. The slim and sleek design of the keyboard works fantastic. The mouse is like baby bear, not too big, not too small, perfect size to fit nicely in my hand. Plus, exceptional customer service. After 18 months of use, the mouse wheel no longer worked. The company quickly replaced it.

I appreciate how the set is wireless and both work by being connected to the same USB, so it’s not taking up much-needed real estate from my computer, versus having a USB for the mouse and a separate USB for a keyboard. Very simple, just plug and play. The set also seems to hold a charge very well. I love the mouse, it is amazing and quiet! If the mouse ever goes to sleep, you can simply right-click to wake it. The keyboard is nice and sleek, but it gave me some trouble at first. However, the sellers were amazing! The sellers replaced my keyboard, even after the Amazon return window ended. The first keyboard had so much lag and only worked sometimes… which was very frustrating. The new keyboard I received works flawlessly. I definitely think this is worth buying, especially from a seller who provides such great customer service.

I worried this wouldn't work well but it does. I hate all the wires my computer invites! What I love with this is that I always have either the keyboard or mouse plugged in and they never loose charge, but I don't have to have both. Really, I could have neither, but I'm afraid of losing the cable. It is easier and nicer than the wired system. They function well, the keyboard is sturdy, and the keys on it are easy to manipulate. It connected well to the bluetooth. I have not detected a lag with the keyboard, but sometimes the mouse is off for a second or so.

I love love love this keyboard. It works seamlessly, is rechargeable, and the mouse is just as great (also rechargeable!). It's pretty quiet and the customer service is even better! I had an issue with my first keyboard and they stuck to the warranty and provided a replacement immediately!!

I'm fine with everything about the keyboard (design, comfort, etc.) with the exception of the battery life. From my experience (using this for nearly a year) the battery life is not nearly as long as the product description states. Per the description, the battery should last 360 hours of continual use (6 months * 30 days * 2 hrs/day). To put that in perspective, this is 15 days of non-stop use. I'm running into issues of needing to charge the keyboard after a week or less of non-continual use. I might use the keyboard for 3-4 hours a day but I make sure to turn it off to save the battery. So I'm getting a grand total of maximum 30 hours use before I have to recharge, significantly less than advertised. It should be noted that I'm only charging the keyboard when I have to. In other words, I wait until I can't stand the side effects of not charging it (e.g. delayed responses, does not register my keystrokes, stops copying/pasting, etc.) meaning that the keyboard is only working without issues for less than 30 hours. I don't want to have to charge the keyboard every few days of use, it's not what I was expecting when I purchased it. It is annoying as it disrupts my work and I have to find an alternative keyboard while I wait for this one to charge. I'm too late to return it (otherwise I would), but I'm looking for a different option because this one just doesn't cut it. UPDATE: I reached out to the seller once I remembered the warranty. Almost a year later they honored it and sent me a new keyboard (via a redemption code used on Amazon so I got it within two days). They also were very helpful at providing instructions on how to connect it with the receiver for my mouse (I got the mouse combo originally but the mouse never had problems). Later on someone else at the company saw my initial review and offered a refund (which I declined as they had already sent a new keyboard). With the great customer service and the fact that the keyboard itself is good for the price range, I increased my rating from 3 to 5 stars.

Excellent product and outstanding customer support I purchased an Arteck keyboard and mouse, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with both the build quality and performance. They work smoothly, feel comfortable to use, and have been very reliable. What truly impressed me was Arteck’s customer support. After I lost the USB dongle, I contacted them expecting maybe a partial solution—but they went above and beyond and sent me a complete replacement (mouse and dongle). This level of support is rare and shows how much they care about their customers. Great product, excellent warranty, and truly outstanding service. I highly recommend Arteck and will definitely buy from them again.

More than the keyboard, I would like to recommend these sellers at Salamanca store. Honestly the customer service has been 10/10 and they've been very accommodating. I would strongly recommend you guys buy things from these reliable sellers and I will be doing so again. The product is exactly as advertised, worked well.

Within a year both mouse and keyboard are not working. Not worth buying. Seller in India is also not able replace the product.

Lightweight, sleek design. I love the low-profile keyboard and keys, very comfortable to type on and super quiet. The mouse is a little big, but has a good-sized clickable area so it was easy to adjust to. The dpi button is discreet, well placed, and provides 3 useful levels. Comes with a micro-usb charging cable, looking forward to never replacing batteries again! Not sure about the longevity, but it's a great overall keyboard/mouse combo.
