Great product, even better customer service
Excellent seller with great products. I loved my 250Wh portable power station, and have used it to power everything from a small heater to a portable washing machine, including a full sized crock pot. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 2 months. The seller was fantastic to work with, and shipped a replacement free of charge.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! FIRE HAZARD!!!!!
I bought this power station to keep my wireless internet powered during and after any hurricanes that may hit us in Florida. I have not needed it yet. However, during the past year, I took it out each month to check it out and put it on the charger to maintain the battery and keep it charged in case it was needed. During my last month check it would not charge. I contacted SinKeu US and Denwaga and they asked for a video clip of the unit's display screen to see what was happening. They responded saying if I returned the unit, they would send me a new one. Well, they pretended to send me a new unit, but just sent me back my original unit. All they did was charge it somehow and return to me. It only ran for 3 hours on a 20 watt load and went completely dead. It will not charge at all. I took apart the unit and discovered it used twenty-seven 18650 batteries. Eighteen of the batteries were fully charged and nine batteries were dead. One battery had some discoloration near a soldered joint, which suggests a short, which explains the dead batteries. This is a defect in the build. The company should have replaced this defective unit rather than lie to me. It was dangerous and could have caused a fire! DO NOT BUY!!!

Powerful and lightweight
This 250Wh rechargeable lithium battery power station is great. The battery in my 6-7 year old power station finally quit, and I needed something to recharge and/or power my mini projector for a 4 hour video art show. After a pretty extensive search, I decided to try this since it had a lot of features, and the best power/price ratio I could find, even before the excellent coupon. I wasn't sure exactly how much reserve I needed, but this power station is amazing. I tested it directly running my 400 lumen mini projector, using the power station battery's AC outlet with the projector's AC to DC adapter while showing a video, and after 6 hours the projector video was still running fine with two bars left on the power station - way more than I needed. Amazing! It's got both 3-prong and 2-prong AC outlets, a 12V DC outlet, 4 (!) USB-A charging ports for output and inputs for both standard 110V AC with a wall adapter and 12V DC with a car adapter. I haven't tried it yet, but it will also accept a solar charger. It's so much lighter, more powerful, longer lasting and more flexible than my older rechargeable power station - I'm completely happy with it.

Lasted only 2 years.
This worked great at first for emergency use here and there. Never used for more than a few hours and recharged only when it was completely dead. Took it out of the box again to prep for hurricane season this year and charged it. Showed fully charged. Plugged in one iPhone to charge it and within 10 minutes the unit was flashing dead battery. Phone didn’t even get 20% charge from it. None of the functions work any longer due to the internal battery being shot I guess. Was a good deal but had I known I would only get 6 or 7 uses out of it I’d have opted for something much less expensive.

Died after 18 month
Edit: The seller proactively reached out after the original review was posted and sent a replacement unit. They also asked for a video, to troubleshoot the problem. I didn't expect that to happen, 18 month after the purchase. For that, I am changing my review - the seller did make sure that I have a working unit even more than a year passed. Still, the first unit did die, and I can only give 4 stars considering that. Original review: This unit worked well but died suddenly 18 month in, with charging indicator blinking showing full battery, but unit refusing to turn on. That was very weird as I just used the unit a couple of weeks back and it worked splendidly, and now it's dead. I see quite a few people here complained about unit similarly dying at 18 month mark, almost as if it had a death switch to kill the unit after 1.5 years regardless use. At the price this has, I certainly can't recommend it as a battery bank that would go for only 1.5 years with light use.

Discharges Fast Unplugged
I purchased this at the end of March with plans to use it for my CPAP machine on weekend camping trips. I tested it a few times at home and it did well and after charging it I set it on my dresser. A month later I gave it to a friend to use on their camping trip and it was dead. When I got it home I charged it up again to a full charge. Left it plugged in for two days and then when I unplugged it and turned it on, it was showing 25% down. So I plugged it back in and it started charging but was showing that it was charging from 50% down. Now I feel that I can't trust this to last a weekend after only using it a few times as a test. Too late to return. Hope I can find that it is still under warranty from the manufacturer! Year Later... worthless. Never really used it but my grandson took it to scout camp a few times. The last time was about a month ago and it died about 30 minutes later... lowering my 3 start to 2.

Smaller than a Transformers lunchbox, surprisingly light but powerful.
The first thing I did after charging it up was to measure the actual watt-hour capacity to shutdown loading the inverter at 40 watts. To my surprise it performed pretty much as advertised. The USB ports work correctly, the blue one can deliver up to 12 watts and directly charge a MacBook. 12V DC port requires an included adapter if you want to use car accessories. The charging port has a solar charge controller that seems to be limited to just under 40 watts even when additional power is available. No additional solar regulator is required, a panel can be directly connected. I do not like the buttons to turn on power, AC, DC and light. They are difficult to read and should be labeled better. The fan for the inverter only cycles on occasionally but is surprisingly loud. Neither issue is a dealbreaker. Between this and my solar panel I am able to run my laptop and phone indefinitely without AC power.
