A Large Budget Drive That Has Insane Performance! GET IT NOW!
The Silicon Power 128GB USB 3.0... It is probably one of the cheapest on here that I would recommend in terms of reliability and portability. The stick is wicked fast to a point that it beats my PNY USB 3.0 128GB Drive and that is usually a popular choice. Nonetheless, I would instantaneously recommend this drive because generally it looks cooler and a quite bit more performance than other competitors. Also, if you are a person that needs there files where ever they go and wants to watch movies or tv. Then buy this drive because it has a lot of memory to boot. Got games or very large files that need transporting at super fast speeds? Also get this one because you will not be disappointed. I've used this to store mass loads of files in terms of movies, games, and large files, it has no problems when it comes to transferring files and therefore I would recommend this to anyone that needs a drive of this caliber.

Nicely designed, fast flash drive
This is a really nice, well-constructed flash drive. If you are looking for a fast drive with lots of storage, you should be pretty happy with this one. I formatted mine in exFAT so that I could transfer files > 4 GB, and it has worked flawlessly over the last few months. I also like the swivel cap. The "Four-Way Position Rotation Technology" just means that the cap has four "stops" that it naturally rests in, each 90 degrees from the adjacent stops. This tends to prevent the cap from rotating away from the plug when being jostled around in your pocket or bag, which is nice.Nothing groundbreaking here - just a fast, nice flash drive that works (in my experience) just like all other drives, at a good price point.

The best flash drive I've ever owned
I bought this to replace a comparable USB 3.0 device from PNY (see: http://amzn.com/B00FE2N1WS).The unit feels well-built and the metal slider/cover has a nice incremental swivel where it locks in place at each 90-degree turn (I don't know how else to describe it, but it's better than others where the metal covers are free-swivel).It stores all I want it to, and more. Plenty of space for high-res photos from my DSLR, my "essentials" music library, and important documents from work (you know, the kind that you want to have like 5 backup copies of just in case). I was even able to set aside ~30GB of space reserved for ReadyBoost (not that I'd ever need that much).I have one small observation (I'm not even going to call it an issue or a problem): The MacBook Pro I sometimes use at work recognizes it, but can't read it. Not sure what's going on there. Doesn't matter to me though, because who needs OSX anyway right? It's nice to have one small USB stick with everything you could ever want to share with someone in a pinch. I enjoy this flash drive so much, I gave it a name... Theodore. Is it weird that I named my USB flash drive? Oh well.

Perfect for my mac
I love this item, its small convenient and well priced. The design is superb, I use this as an external media disc, its small enough to be truly portable, the price is well within reason, and the speeds are excellent. It makes for an easy to use SSD or more correctly flash drive. The 128 Gb version is a perfect companion for my MacbookAir-edit-I ran some speed tests, said about 72 Mbs write, and 200+Mbs read, I transferred a 4.6GB file in 20 seconds, so the actual write times are even quicker for some files. Very good for a flash drive, and much faster than any other stick I've purchased.

Fast, Affordable, Good Construction
Like so many my inclination was to buy a flash drive from one of the big box stores. Well, when I arrived at one I found that prices for flash drives with over 100GB capacity started at a $100, which seems a little crazy when you can buy an external drive with almost a 1TB of space for a little over that amount these days. Portability is costly, but that seemed outrageous. Then I found this gem. I don't know much about the brand, so I took a chance and ordered one. Pricing is great. Probably one of the most affordable in the price range on Amazon AND its a 3.0 USB, so it transfers fast. Once you register its warranty, you get access to some recovery software, a user guide a few other items. I thought that was a nice touch. It is easy to insert and remove from computers, which seems to be a simple, but important complaint related to other brands. And it looks nice. lol All that for $40.FIVE MONTH UPDATE:After using this flash drive for five months it stopped working abruptly. This drive now has the dubious distinction of being not only the most expensive drive I've ever bought but the only one to ever die! I'm incredibly disappointed. Tech support was not helpful....at all.

Awesome.
Nice looking. Sturdy build. The swing plate has a satisfying click when it's at any of the 4 positions (0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees). Been using it for about 3 weeks without any problems. Here are the results I got while moving a backup of a Steam game around:USB 3.0 to SSD (PNY Optima 240GB)210-220 MB/s Transfer rateSSD to USB 3.070-73 MB/s Transfer rateUSB 3.0 to typical HD (1TB Western Digital Black)60-62 MB/s Transfer RateTypical HD to USB 3.062 MB/s Transfer RateA small red light flashes when in use. The light is behind the diamond cut plastic so you can't see it unless it's lit. It comes formatted as exFat out of the box. It contained an Android folder containing Google's Music app folder. I am curious as to what that is for.Does not come with any other software, which is fine. I usually remove it anyway. The drive speaks for itself. The package doesn't say anything about U3 compatibility for those looking for it. I haven't tried it either.
