I bought this piece a couple of years ago, right after Christmas. I wasn’t able to use it last Christmas, but brought it out to put with my village this year. Other reviews mentioned parts that were to be attached that weren’t. Initially, I found everything attached, but barely, because when I was checking out where the adapter outlet was, my slightest touch, brought small pieces to become unattached.. Those things can be glued back. However, my biggest disappointment was discovering that the “included adapter” was not in the packaging. Luckily, because I hate to part with any cord or adapter, I was able to locate an adapter that worked. All in all, this piece was a great addition to my Christmas village. I love how the string lights on the pub light up. Most of my village pieces only light from within to show through the windows. My suggestion is to, even if not using a piece right away, check to make sure you have everything you were supposed to get. Update: when I put the pub away after Christmas, I found that the adaptor was hidden on the backside of the styrofoam with a styrofoam covering on it. So, it was all there all of the time. It just didn't occur to me to check the flip-side of the styrofoam. Of all of my Christmas Village pieces, this has become my favorite, despite it being fragile with regard to the tiny details.

Arrived with every single exterior piece broken off. Every tree, figure, umbrella, shovel, sign, even the Mulberry Pub sign and the “stained glass” window on the front was broken off of the house.The exterior Christmas lights and flood lights are actually great and pretty cool but, when you look in the windows you can only see 20 wires for the interior lights. Has so much potential but unfortunately, the quality is sub par and a complete waste of money.

What a nice addition. My building was fully in tacked and everything works. My wife and I go to pubs so this was a no brained for us.

Loved this. The Christmas lights are cool along with the spot lights. My suggestion to the person below, don't have it delivered. go to the store and get.

Sadly, this was very damaged. Pieces were broken off the house and the light didn't work. Emailed seller and received response right away. Issued credit with no hesitation. Great service.
