Soudal 5 Minute Bond D4 PU Wood Adhesive Liquid 750 Gr Bottle

I restore antique furniture and the need to glue quickly particularly small bits of veneer etc is paramount, this glue as you can see from my picture of a small square of veneer glued to a disc of wood as a test piece works perfectly, stuck solid, clamped in the vice and left it for 20 minutes, then sanded it flat, though did find that in this sort of application less is more and you do have to put a piece of paper over the veneer to stop it sticking to the clamp or vice you are using as it can seep out the edges a bit if you get to much on, trial and error etc, overall brilliant, job done quicker money earned faster👍👍👍👍👍

Love soudal products, this being no different. Very strong bond on appropriate materials. To the uninitiated, bear in mind that it expands, particularly when used on damp surfaces.

This is extremely good glue. The wood will break before the glue separates!

This glue isn’t cheap but it is very effective. Adhesion is helped if there is moisture present - the glue fills up any slight gaps and creeps out of wooden joints. It needs clamping for a couple of hours to reach the strongest bond, but the initial set happens quite quickly. However, if you do get this on your hands - beware ! It is very difficult to remove !

I just love this stuff even fills the odd gaps, brilliant for splicing in repairs on external joinery etc. It is one of those products that make life soooooo much easier.

Used this glue for the first time brilliant results with it will definitely buy again
