I bought these mic clips to screw onto other Musician's Gear mic stands. (Musician's Gear Die-Cast Mic Stand Black)The clips themselves are made of a flimsy rubber material that bends to "hug" the microphone. There was a bit of an issue getting the thicker Xbox 360 USB Microphones to fit into the clip, but it is possible with a little force. They seem durable enough, but they do bend and lean if the mic is too heavy.A good buy if you need an average mic clip that will do its job. Nothing fancy, just a rubber clip.

What's to say? It works and of good quality.

The picture and product description both say it's supposed to be plastic. Other reviewers mention this as well in their reviews. Mine however, was a thick and fairly stiff rubber. It's quite difficult to get the mic in and out when setting up and tearing down and once situated, the clip seems like it's almost trying to push the mic upward and out of the top of itself. I can still use it as a backup and do to the price, I'm still giving it 3 stars.

It isn't very flexible, which is a good thing, of course. Nobody wants their microphone falling off the stand in the middle of a song. It holds the microphone really well, and it's really easy to get the microphone in and out.

Upon buying mic stands, I needed mic clips. I had one mic stand and a mic at home to test these on until the mic stands I bought came, and they are pretty durable and will hold your mic SNUG. Perfect for my studio and when I record in other locales. My mic stands came today and they fit perfectly, as well as on the GLS ES-57. Good and snug, just how I want them.The picture is wrong, it's a RUBBER mic stand, not plastic.
