Would be a better product with more heat and less salt. A nice gift.

The Jalapeno flavored sauce inside this pack arrived damaged. It looks as if it was soaked. The entire label on the product is damaged from moisture and even partly pealed off. The other bottles in the box looked perfectly fine so it doesn't appear that this leak happened during shipping, instead I was shipped a damaged bottle to start. I now have a bottle I don't know if it is safe to use or not.You can see in the pictures I added that the Jalapeno bottle has less sauce in it than the other bottles. That the label was all bubbled from being soaked. Additionally, the label was even peeling off from having been so wet I guess.I tried to follow Amazon's website instructions for an Exchange. I was hoping to exchange just this one bottle for one that is not damaged. Amazon's site instead told me this is a non-returnable item and gave no other options for assistance.When I tried leaving seller feedback the Amazon website kept coming back with a "try again later" after I had filled everything out. It was saying it was having website issues on that one page.As for the other sauces. We have only tried the original so far and it is very fresh and quite hot.

Great spice, wish it came with recipes or suggestions. First found this at Buzzard BIlls, Lincoln NE, awesome food!

Bought this assortment to have at my house for my brother. Hard to find these in stores!

The Jalapeño pepper sauce arrived opened. From the other reviews it looks like this is an issue with other customers as well.Will it get replaced?
