Monk's Cloth

I purchase a large wool rug with a deep pile at a bargain price due to a small hole/cut in the rug itself. I wanted to get the hole repaired to prevent the hole from expanding, and this product fit the bill. The patch on the rug backing is working extremely well and you cannot tell where the hole is. I used a special glue to secure this to the back of the rug. Very good product.

I bought this monks cloth twice. Very fast delivery, and minimal unraveling at the edges. I stretched it between my fingers as soon as I got it , and used my largest punch needle to check out the cloth. It worked great! For those of you who aren't familiar with monks cloth, and some other hooking/ punching fabrics, they can fray at the edges. Check YouTube for info on avoiding that issue.

fabric is fine

The quality of this Monks fabric is wonderful! I started Swedish weaving and this is the fabric required, which is not easily found in a fabric store! Very happy I was able to find it here. I just ordered more! Very soft and weighty, perfect for a lap blanket or great for dish towels with some stitching! Good quality!

Best cloth to use. Strong. Easy to stretch on frame.

I used this for punch needling by hand. I didn’t like this fabric much, because it just kept fraying. It got so bad that I could barely seal the perimeter of my project the way I needed to.

It came in a timely fashion and will work Perfectly in my punch needle project!

Holds yarn well. Frays a LOT! You don’t get very much for the price, but good for a couple of pieces

図案を書いていて顔を近づけるとすごくタバコ臭い！こんな事ある？！と本当に驚きです。何年も締切ってタバコを吸った部屋に置いてあったのか、臭いが染み付いていて本当に気持ち悪い。本当に臭いです。返品したい。最悪です。
