Wow, very good quality, smells and tastes strong and fresh. I add a bit too tea or put some in a smoothie, it seems to help and feels quite powerful.

Couldn’t find this in shops very easily and online the price is fair and the quantity is good. The flavour is fresh and powerful and ideal in baking (we’ve been using to make some great cakes!) Has also proved useful in flavoured drinks as the powder is fairly fine.

This was used in a sponge cream cake and also a milk cake. Powder was nice and finely ground and mixed in perfectly. I would definitely purchase again.

I use cardamom in my curry and a sprinkle to flavour tea every day. And in desserts and yogurt drink. Have been trying various brands, and this is the first time in ages that I have the lovely smell and taste of good cardamom. This company grind in smaller batches and their product is fresher and handled & packed better to retain flavour of the precious spice. Am so glad to have found this supplier.

These cardamom pods used to be of excellent quality, but I’ve noticed that the pods in my latest packet are very tiny - not the good-sized pods that I was used to. I’m trying another brand: TRS

Nice cardamom powder, fresh and it’s a decent size packet for what you pay.

I use cardamon in coffee and this stuff is full of flavour...only a little is needed in comparison to other brands so value for money..

Profumato e bello fine, quindi veramente un ottimo prodotto. Strepitoso nei panini dolci, e, tanti cari saluti al mio segreto, anche nella torta di mele insieme alla cannella, provare per credere! La confezione è molto grande, quindi ho messo sottovuoto la parte che non ci stava nel vasetto delle spezie, diciamo che confezioni più piccole con lo stesso rapporto qualità prezzo non sarebbero male.

Équivalent au cardamome que l'on trouve en Inde, ou que l'on broie fraîchement. Je recommande si vous recherchez un produit avec une qualité bien supérieure à ce que l'on trouve en Europe.

This is fresh & delicious green cardamom. I like a pinch in my coffee beans before brewing. Cook’s Illustrated has a really good rhubarb and cardamom cake recipe this month which I tried with this cardamom – yum. I often use cardamom in baked food, savory dishes, lemonade, etc. – a little goes a long way. This comes in a resealable bag but I transferred mine to a glass jar with a tight lid.
