We definitely don't get the needed minerals from our diets. Our soil has been depleted and contaminated. Time will tell whether this product will fill the gap...but I'm optimistic.

This type of product is hard to see visible results. I feel a bit differently and will keep using just in case its helping my hair grow in! My energy is a bit better but not by leaps and bounds.

I have more energy since taking this supplement on a daily. As a result my daily trip to Starbucks has been reduced to a maximum of 3 days a week. My nails which had been splitting, are stronger. My hair appears to be growing quicker and I have received compliments on how thick and healthy it looks. There has not been any other change to my diet or daily supplements, so it has to be the trace minerals. Just wanted to add that I'm 63 so all of these benefits were unexpected, but much appreciated:-)

Have been taking liquid mineral supplements for a while now and decided to try this brand. Taste pretty good and easy to use. Have noticed that I am ALOT LESS HUNGRY. Since I am giving my body what it needs.... my body isn't constantly feeling hungry....trying to get me to eat so it can get the minerals it needs. Excellent product.

Tastes great! My only issue is that it tastes so good, there must be sugar in it but it doesn't say this anywhere on the label. There has to be some type of sweetener in it. However, I will contact the company and find out for sure. In the meantime, I will continue to use.

Plant based and derived, so it's about the best mineral out there. One needsall the minerals you can get; your vitamins won't do well for you if you're not takingthe rightminerals too.

This is the first mineral product I have tried. I've been using it for about two weeks and can't say I feel a difference but I do know the benefits of staying with it. I like the taste.

It's difficult to tell if minerals are doing any good or not.. I know they are crucial for my health, especially plant derived minerals. I'm too old to digest ground-up rocks, so the liquid form is certainly better. The label spells out the ingredients, and if it is truthful then I will remain healthy and continue using this product. Besides, it hasn't killed me yet. If it does, I'll stop using it.
