❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕😀😀😀I Love Rebecca Louise’s Book it’s is Awesome and Powerful real life stories and ways to Create Healthy Habits, that you need to take Action before you get motivation, Motivation why You and Why now!? How to get started and Balance out your diet. It’s Excellent I cannot put the book down. Her book is real, readable and achievable. I have been doing Rebecca’s workouts since June of 2019, I workout with her 7 days a week she never fails to inspire me and motivate me to keep going no matter if I feel down and out or happy to go day. I’m in the best shape of my life, she not only an excellent leader but she gives you all the tools you need to have to make your Health Management Journey achievable, Nutrition meal menus daily, daily easy to click on electronic Calendar with workouts already plan. She takes all the guesswork out of what to do and is with you every minute encouraging you to finish the workout. Rebecca also provides a community on Facebook to support like minded people who would like to get healthy too! She real, she positive and she powerful. Positive and totally doable!
I highly recommend giving this book and the 30 day program a try. Rebecca-Louise is so positive and motivating - - and realistic without be patronizing. The online 30 day workouts are awesome - - 30mins a day - - you can do that. The recipes were healthy but not restrictive. Packed with veggies, healthy proteins and healthy fats... well balanced and lots of food and snacks to keep you satisfied but still losing weight. It helped me change my way of eating. I now am a BTES member for less than $35 per year. There is a ton of workouts -- with a calendar to motivate you to log in each day and do the workout. I run the website on my smart tv - and it's awesome. Rebecca talks the ENTIRE time - and you'd think it would be annoying but it's not - - it keeps you going. I am kind of picky - but I really liked the book, 30 day program and now the full app program and I am seeing serious results - - looking good, sleeping good and feeling good.

If you are looking to level up any part of your life: mental health, fitness, nutrition, mindset, etc...this is the book for you!! Rebecca and her community have changed my life for the better. Before I found Rebecca’s workouts, I was the definition of a negative person. I had anxiety, was physically and mentally unhealthy and just overall unhappy with myself. I found Rebecca’s YouTube channel and with her motivation and encouraging words, I decided it was time for a real change.Rebecca encouraged me to commit to change and once I committed, she helped me along the way to change my mindset, become more positive, and become healthier overall. I can honestly say that I am a positive, happy & healthy person thanks to this amazing community!If you are ready for change, this book will help you get there!

Level up & Get motivated
This book will level up your life!! When this community and Rebecca Louise found me, I was in a bad way, quite the couch potato, and overweight. Once I started working out with her YouTube videos, I fell in love and downloaded her BTES app. Started on the nutrition program right along with it and combined with her motivation, I lost 50 lbs and gained so much confidence and energy! Rebecca lays out everything that she has learned in her life in order to help us get motivated, get results, and be the best that we can be! She's so personable and has such amazing value packed into this and given to the BTES community ❤A must read!!!

Buy the book if you want your life to change
I stumbled onto Rebecca's YouTube workouts when gyms shut down during Covid19. I immediately followed her and started doing her workouts. Loved them so much I became a member and have worked out consistently since. I had never been so committed. I listened to her podcasts them heard she had a book coming out and immediately purchased. I have not completed the book but let's just say it's one of the most motivating books I've read. I don't want to put it down. If you want "real" get this book. You will be motivated to finish what you started, not only with nutrition and fitness but in any goals you may have. Buy the book!!!!

Total health tools
What first drew me to Rebecca when I found her workout videos was the fact that she wasn't afraid to use weights and encourage women to go heavier, and that they wouldn't be looking like "The Hulk" (and it is SUCH a sad myth some have?).Then I got her amazing app and connected with the amazing her amazing BTES community, dropped 40 lbs (in my mid-40s with Crohns), upped my strength, stamina, flexibility, health, and body and self positivity.There is MUCH more to this guide than great (and well-balanced) advice about health and workouts.It's holistic- addresses ALL of you body, mind, and spirit. Community, nutrition, mindset and workouts

Simply Amazing!!!
I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason! I was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time! I love this book! It doesn't only have Rebecca's story, but it has recipes and a 30-day challenge! Rebecca really cares about her community. She has changed my life and I am forever grateful! I hope this book can help you as much as she has helped me! I am stronger and more confident than ever!

This book will help you level up
I have followed Rebecca Louise for years. She is such a fun and REAL person! I love that her book is so honest ! It is written as if she is having some girl talk tough love with you! This book is an easy read that will motivate you to change your life! Each chapter comes with a task that really puts you in the right head space and holds you accountable! I have loved every chapter so far and would recommend this to anyone looking to get into a healthy lifestyle or positive mindset.

Buy this book!!!!
When I found Rebecca it was years ago on xhit then on Utube and then on her app Burn. I have never been more motivated by someone in my life. I am a mother with a full time job and i thought I would never have time for me. Rebecca made me see there are no excuses but the excuses you make for your self. I have never been in shape like this before and never felt more positive. This book is such an easy read with great tools to find ur inner grit. Do this gift for yourself and you will never regret!
