Yoshihiro Genuine Natural Leather Knife Culinary Bag Japanese Sushi Chef Tool (Brown)

I love this bag, but you will need to run an organizing system to make it work. I do love that i can wipe down the outside of the bag and the bag looks pretty awesome after it's broken in. I didn't want a hipster knife bag or the old school issue type bag, both are pains to clean and keep stain free.As you can see from my photos, I have two lightweight rolls in the bag, plus two knife boxes. I made one bag from a noren curtain and the other I ordered for about $9. I first just tried just using knife boxes, but it was bulky. I found nesting the light small rolls kept my bag organized and clean. And use knife covers, you can make them or buy them. But stray blades will ruin this bag.

The bag really catch peoples attention, in a good way though. I got complimented as soon as I walked in the building about how nice the bag is, almost looks like something a doctor would carry. But it looks and feels very professional and highclass. The material is really nice and and well made, even though it's synthetic leather, it looks really good. I purchased yoshihiro sushi roll with this and it fits just perfect..my OCD senses were just amazed and glad but if you plan to buy yoshihiro's knife bag too to go with this bag, it's a perfect win. It's very spacious, lightweight, but boxy. I managed to fit my knife roll and my puffy rain jacket in here so it's pretty spacious. They don't shoe pictures of the bottom but the bottom has these legs so the bag doesn't necessarily touch the ground because of these peg like design they added, other than that, really impressed. YOSHIHIRO IS THE WAY TO GO

I own Yoshihiro knives, stone etc. and now i got this lovely knife bag which is the solution of all the mess which i had with the rolls. What can i say ? Perfect product quality with right price. Once again, thank you very much guys.

Way, way, way over priced. I was really disappointed in the quality. Cheap materials and crappy looking but it fit the bartender tools that I needed it for. Would not have purchased it if I had seen it before hand.

Excellent product. You would not be disappointed. Trust me!!

I like this bag

This bag is everything. Been in the industry for 15+ years, been in fine dining the last 6. I went from your standard cloth knife roll to this in hopes of fitting my larger 9” chef knives and it didn’t disappoint. I opted for the genuine leather and I have zero regrets despite the price point. The inside pockets are great for tweezers, thermometers, plating spoons etc.I can fit my knife roll, 2 9” inch chef knives in their box, microplane, and all smaller plating utensils with ease. It’s even large enough so I can put my water bottle in it for when I’m walking to and from the car.The only drawback is now shoulder strap. Carrying this much cutlery can be heavy. Many of my peers have nice knife rolls and every single one of them has complimented me on this bag within the first 2 weeks.
