Haven't used this yeast before for cider, but after reading reddit a bunch thought I'd try it out. This tastes exactly like everyone described, recommend for ciders, unsure about other things.

Works as advertised

Packets had 16 months left until it expires unlike many others who sell mega packs but give you only a couple months to use it all up. Very pleased! Yeast was fresh, viable and I've got an active brew going after first day. Thanks!

This yeast produces the fruitiest tasking grape and apple wines.

Just made a cranberry/raspberry 1 gal wine, started 11-26-23 racked on 12-5-23. starting sg 1.090, ending sg 1.000. This yeast is great. Thank you North Mountain. PS the wine taste great.

Bought this brand and another recently and I'm still going back to this one. Simply a great flavor so far my go to for peach mead. Used for honey, peach, strawberry, mango, pineapple, and still my go to.
