I love this chair so much that I bought a second one. I use these chairs all day long for computer work or writing and I couldn't be more pleased to have not only found a chair that is comfortable and supportive, but an issue with the 2nd chair I ordered received stellar response from the company. I purchased the antique white in leather option for both chairs; first chair purchased 9/2021 and the 2nd on 4/7/2022. The leather is sturdy, and the cushion seams and seatback tufting have proven to be very secure over 8 months of daily use. Because I'm using the chairs on bare floors, I replaced the stock wheels with larger diameter urethane wheels. Assembly is easy and straightforward, though I recommend putting the wheels onto the chair base first in case you accidentally damage/press too far downward on the base's guide piece into which the caster wheels fit, resulting in your wheels not being secure. This occurred with my second chair and I was extremely pleased with the company's quick response for replacing the chair, shipping free.The seat of the chair is generous and firm enough that, while it will give a bit to your sitting imprint for comfort, it provides a great foundation that's supportive for sitting for extended periods of time; the cushion on mine has not "deflated" or developed "sitting indentations" after almost 9 months of use. The back of the chair is straight and the tufting is comfortable as well as pretty. With the tension adjuster, it's possible to customize your chair to rock back as far or as little as you like and need.The lack of arms on the chair (it's a "task" chair) make it convenient for rolling up to your work or writing desk even in smaller spaces and allows free movement. Perfect!Bottom line? This is a great chair and if I needed a third desk chair/task chair, I'd order another one of these without any hesitation!

This Bush Business office chair is very attractive. It is much firmer than I expected. But, I do expect this chair will last for years and years. The beige tan fabric is excellent in appearance! Seat is so generous in size. I demoted 1 star as it is definitely a 2 person job to assemble. Attaching seat to back required my hubby pushing down hard to align the 4 holds where screws went into the holes. Took a few times for me to get the screws started as he pressed down to align it. Finished product is great and comfy and very attractive! Would buy again for sure.

I weigh 270 lbs and have wide hips, so this chair accommodates we well. It's attractive and comfortable, but not overly soft and rather straight-backed...you can't lay back on it like some people do while they're on the phone or to stretch or whatever. The "dust covers" for the center post the seat is attached to are flimsy and just float around the post rather than being firmly attached, which I don't care for, but the real WTF moment was when I realized the seat is not anchored into the base either; it just sits/nests in the post, but if you were to pick the chair up by its back to move it, the base would fall out of the seat and you'd have to resituate it wherever you're taking the chair. I feel that is poor design, especially for the price. I probably will keep it because it looks nice, is suitable enough and I don't want to disassemble it, re-wrap it and wrestle it back into the box, but if I realized all this going in I'd keep looking.

This chair is very pretty and has a comfortable cushion. It was fairly easy to assesmble, even with one person. The tilt option for the seat and chair back does not work. I pull the lever out as instructed, and lean the chair back to change the tilt, but I'm unable to put the lever back in to lock it. I work out of my home, and need a comfortable chair. I'm on my third day of using it, and it is giving me back spasms because the seat is staying in a tilted downward and forward position. I've already thrown the box away and see no way to get a refund because of this.*** I'm amending my original rating of 2 stars *** I contacted Bush Business Furniture directly, and they are sending me a free replacement mechanism for the seat tilt. The representative that I spoke with was confident that that will fix the problem, and said that if it doesn't that I can send the chair back, and they will even send me a box to ship it in.

THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD ON THIS ONE TOO BAD ITS A BEAUTIFUL CHAIR BUT SADLY ITS GOING BACK THE SEAT IS SO HARD I EVEN PUT A CUSHION ON THE SEAT BUT IT DOESN,T HELP UNLESS I GOT A DEFECT? Update its starting to give some I decided to keep it so pretty

Only thing is that I thought it was actual leather and it seems to be some imitation leather or vinyl, but it really is a good quality chair and the design is lovely and it fits into my office beautifully. Good support good balance so I’m happy with this product.

I am very happy with my purchase. The chair is comfortable, very nice quality and it looks lovely and elegant in my office. I’m 5’1” 138lbs. It’s the perfect size for me. It’s roomy, but not oversized. The height adjustment is great. I would highly recommend.

Cutest chair and very well-made!

This is a good quality chair with a large seat. Saddle brown color is as expected, caramel color. Unfortunately they don’t show photos of back of chair and this is my only disappointment; it’s not bad but looks like amateur sewing and like they took a spare strip of material and sewed in on back of chair. I expected the leather to be seamless and waterfall over back of chair like all my previous office chairs. So my 3 stars is for the esthetics on back of chair and not quality. The depth of chair seat is larger than any chair in past, I have to put small bolster cushion behind my back to sit on chair. Seat is firm, was hoping it would be more plush.
