Flavor: Tastes very good. Well balanced. Effects: The effects of 1 scoop were moderate, but certainly noticeable and in no way "overpowering". After taking one scoop about 15 mins later I began to feel much more awake and alert and also noticed a slight warm tingly feeling all over my body which was quite enjoyable (this is a effect of taking beta-alanine). At the gym I noticed I was able to bang out a couple more reps than I would normally be able to. That being said I noticed a huge difference in my ability to do high intensity cardio with the pre-workout really giving me the focus and energy to go all out. Overall this is a great product at a very competitive price point that I absolutely recommend if you are thinking of trying out pre-workout and will definitely be buying again.

I have been ordering this product regularly since two yrs from Amazon. Had good experience till now. But this time, the taste is very sour and colour is also bit yellowish. Watermelon flavour is bit pink in colour but this one after mixing also, is yellow in colour and too sour to consume. Very unfortunate that return also is not possible as the whole wrapper came off after opening the seal. Waste of money. Sceptical about ordering from Amazon next time. Such a waste of money.

It's a nice product for the beginners. Some kick you get after taking it. Taste needs some improvement. Overall it's a decent pre workout in the market.

I was a regular user of beta-alanine alone in the past and this product piqued my interest with its combination of ingredients (beta-alanine plus a healthy dose of caffeine and a whole lot more). Have been using this for over a month now and might I say this product has worked our pretty well and effectively for me. Feel the right surge of energy as well as focus during all my intense workouts. Few things to note though:1. The taste isnt the best. The bitter tinge is a mild off-putter. Need to get used to it or follow it up with something sweet.2. The tingling induced by beta alanine is real. You might feel it on the arms or behind the ears.3. You will pee a lot!

Initially it was good. But after using it for 15 days, the powder in it is geeting lumps and the color also got changed though it was stored ait tight. Not a recomended product

I’ve been going to gym for a year now. I’ve tried many pre workouts till now but this one hits different. There is a slight tingling effect in the start who are new to pre workouts but the focus and pump you get is amazing. The flavour is also good has a amazing taste. Now I can bench 140kg for reps after I started using this. It’s totally safe just to be consumed under limit. Go for it, won’t regret it!

Has enough caffeine or maybe more to provide an immediate boost. You will notice the most if you are feeling lethargic. The slight tingling is caused by niacin and the niacin flush will be stronger for some than others. But the taste could do some improvement, slightly sour, although that is to be expected considering all the items it contains. Maybe its better they didnt put ttoo much artificial sweetener.

I bought this pre-workout after seeing the reviews and good comments about the product. But it has been a real disappointment. I take pre workout once in a while and had stored this bottle in good conditions. Took care not to let any moisture in. But there is something really wrong with this product because with just 2 months of use (maybe a total of 10 scoops maximum as I don't take pre workout regularly), the whole powder has turned into some sort of jelly like material. Nothing can be done to get it back to the original state.Very bad quality management from Fast and Up company. You are advertising and boosting your product but you have not shown any professionalism in maintaining the standard of your product. After all it's a Healthcare product and a costly one too. I can't imagine what is the composition of this product which made it go this bad. Seriously doubt whether anyone should be consuming it.
