We got this as we had really bad black spot on our Indian sandstone patio we followed the instructions you could see the black spot disappearing as soon as it came into contact with the product just be careful if you have any favourite plants because when you wash it off it will kill anything it comes into contact with

before purchase read some reviews stating OK for plants so bought item, for peace of mind called producer of item and was told not to use near plants it will kill them
