I discovered the incredible benefits of Magnesium about 7 years ago. I was making magnesium bicarbonate water from a recipe using milk of magnesia and club soda. We'll continue using this brand as it has been very effective for our family.Normally this is the best product on the market but this last expensive giant bottle had 25% of the product missing from the capsules.There doesn't seem to be any return option for this product so I would like the seller to send me a fresh bottle.

I’ve been taking this brand of magnesium for years and it’s awesome. It’s not hard on my stomach and it definitely helps me get a good night’s sleep.

I’ve used other magnesium supplements before for my muscle spasms and cramps but this one is a high mg so I only have to take 4/day instead of 8. 🙃
