Love it and enjoy using it.

Takes a long time to warm properly but when the stone is hot, it works perfectly. Adds a little bit of fun to the same old boring every day dinners.

I have not used the product so can’t comment on the efficiency. When my product arrived it had very viable defects (dried glue over the wood and scratched stone) which leads me to believe there is not even minimal quality control is performed by Blackrock. To add insult to injury I had to pay the £11 to return it.Very poor, still want a stone set but not from this lot. Will also raise with Amazon as paying to return defected products should not happen

It appears that some sort of protected film was removed and the plate was scratched in the process on both sides.I am changing my review for the product due to the prompt an efficient customer service on this product. Black rock were very polite and attentive and replaced the part that was damaged, immediately.I have since used my stone and enjoyed a stress free, fun dinner! A very nice product that does what it says on the box! I recommend this product and the people behind making this a great product.

I was a little concerned when I read a couple of reviews saying that the stones don’t get hot enough to cook the meat and you need to pre-cook beforehand. That’s not the case at all and the stones are absolutely fine - if you’re using a standard oven just be aware that it may take up to 90 mins to get to a temp. Have oven on full whack! To test, use a table spoon of water - if it completely evaporates after ~10 seconds, you’re good to go 🥩
