6 years later and still going strong! Original pump and all. Runs 24/7 through summers and frozen winters. Metal has rusted, wood is starting to rot but that’s the rustic look. Has yet to leak. Perfect size for a patio. Our Airbnb guests love also. I like it better now than new in 2019!

We love this item. We bought it previously from a catalog and it got worn out by the weather. But it was actually cheaper from Amazon. It is installed and working beautifully! When the first one wore out, we use it as a planter for flowers (without the water).

Overall, this is a great fountain and addition to my front yard decor. Fairly well built, easy to assemble, and the submersible pump is easy to adjust the water flow.Rated it 4-stars due to the metal hand pump on top started to rust fairly quickly.

I was hesitant to order this fountain after reading some of the reviews. After I received it I was glad I ordered it. It was extremely easy to assemble, it’s sturdy and large. I love it! If you’re worried about it having a little bit of rust you can always buy a can of rustoleum spray paint and paint the faucet. It’s that simple. Also you can spray some wood protector on it and keep it beautiful longer.

Update: I’ve been calling and emailing the company for months now. On the usual they don’t answer, the one answer I got was they would refund my money but I’d have to pay restocking fee for their rusty piece of crap, or they could mail me the parts but I’d have to pay....FOR SOMETHING UNDER WARRANTY. Amazon should stop carrying their products because they are not trustworthy but unfortunately Amazon doesn’t care about my refund or their scam either.It rusts immediately making the water rusty. I cleaned it and painted it with RusteoleumPaint but that didn’t work. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the company for almost year. It’s not time for my extended warranty to kick in, amazon won’t cover it and the manufacturer won’t contact me back! HORRIBLE!

I did communicate with the seller, in which they refunded me the money; however awareness is still key. It looked good at first, but then the fountain section was leaking water into spots not directly in the tubs, which caused fast wear of the wood and rusting of the metal components. Tried tearing it down and cleaning it up, sealing the wood, painting the metal with protective paints, and still the same issues. The mount between tubs didn't want to hold in place which forced me to find new means to fasten them.Overall, it is a nice product but poorly designed. Kept getting built up as this would need to be out of any direct sunlight and treat the water

Love it! It’s not really lightweight, which I’m glad because we get too much strong and crazy wind out here. It’s solid with just enough weight. I like the size, it really is extra large and perfect for our huge floating deck. I’ve been looking for several outdoor pieces but they always seem too small. This one is big enough and looks very beautiful. It’s so peaceful and calming listening to the cascading water. My husband put some lights on it, and it’s giving out a real nice spa ambiance to our backyard. It’s a bit expensive but for the size and quality, I’d say it’s pretty worth it.

I always had a three barrel water fountain, but when my last one developed a leak, I decided to switch to this fountain, with two barrels and a old fashioned water pump at the top. I really like it a lot. It has a nice sound and attracts birds well. Looks great on my back patio.
