by far the best astro calendar - the pictures are wonderful - however I get it for the in-depth daily accounting of the planets. if you work with astrology this is a great calendar to keep handy for giving advice and informing your clients.I like knowing where the moon is each day for my personal being. I have had other astro calendars with info on them yet this is so clear and detailed I cannot do without it.Loving Llewellyn products for many many years.

Very disappointed in this as it is basically just a moon calandar. oh there is sun moves into (another sign) or mercury retro, or direct. It only tracks the transit aspects of moon to other transit planets.A moon calender was not what I wanted. What I wanted was daily tracking of ALL planets though all the signs. so I could (at a glance) see all aspects for that day, and then note when the transits affect my natal aspects.THIS is NOT that calandar

It has been a yearly December ritual in our family for years to make sure we have our Llewellyn's Astrological calendar ready for the new year.This year the artwork is much better than last year's, though it maintains the formula with each astrological symbol being represented for the appropriate month. These paintings definitely contain the common symbolism, but they are more subtle, and artistic. For instance, Aquarius is still pouring water but it could simply be an artistic portrait, and Taurus is a farmer with an ox in the background, but if you look closely you will see his horns look like the astrological symbol. It could just as easily be a farmer with a cow though. In any event, I like the art, it is layered with deeper meaning under nice aesthetics.Other than that, it is exactly what I expect, with all astrological movements noted on each day, with the moon phases noted, pagan holidays as well as Christian and National, and good planting and fishing days noted too. I got a great price here on Amazon, much less than the brick and mortar store, and most importantly, I got one. They always sell out locally.

Not enamored with the artwork (it's ok) but I buy it for the accurate astrological information. Plenty of room to write on it, too.

I've had the Llewellyn calendars given to me as past presents and have really enjoyed them. This one, however, and in large part, due to the art, just a little too "out there". While I enjoy an occasional Renaissance Fair and appreciate New Age Art, this is a strange compilation of The Hobbit vs. The United Colors of Benetton with a splash of cartoon disco.

This calendar has got to be the best one I have bought in years. It started from January 1st and goes all the way through December 31st! I cannot overstate the necessity of a calendar to have the correct days! Plus this one has the ability to tell me the future, all I have to do is look ahead and I can easily tell what is going to happen that day... is it going to be a full moon? new moon? is this going to be a leap year??? I bought one last year and low and behold, it only lasted for ONE YEAR!!! When I opened it on January 1st of this year, the date was wrong! I have high expectations for this one!

I Love Llewellyn's calendars, and this is nowhere near my first one. I love how it includes all the aspects, so you can go through and highlight the helpful ones. I use it in conjunction with astrologyzone to keep track of auspicious days. The back includes monthly horoscopes, information on the signs and planets, an ephemeris, lunar activity, a planting guide.... And the artwork is generally stunning. Really a great calendar.

buy it every year...Illustration are less exciting this year,but I love and use daily this calendar.Wish it was coming out earlier, in may or so.
