Barclay Victorian High Tank Toilet

I posted a review earlier ( may ) about issues with this item, mainly a gasket/seal between flush hub and flush valve missing. Other issues ( no instruction for recommended install or parts packing list, missing parts, square hole for flush mechanism to small forcing adaption to flush handle mechanism, flush valve not seating properly to tank). I followed amazons process ( early April ) & received an email of a generic parts list. I again tried to contact seller "your remodel". I called the manufacturer "Barclay". They were helpful on most issues except the gasket/seal. They did send a replacement (to small) and then said "That is all we can do". I then wrote my review & was referred to as a Liar by " your remodel ". $846,00 toilet Unusable. I stopped payment, lost a day of work fabricating what i needed, replaced the flush valve complete. It took longer to fix this thing than it did to completely gut & rebuild a bathroom

It is beautiful! Just what we were hoping for. Arrived with a broken tank the first time around. The vendor was very accommodating and sent a new one out right away. Very happy
