Q: Can it be used on genitals

I used it on an episiotomy infection cleared up in a day skin healed in 3 this is after no success of 2 courses of antibiotics and dettol wound wash, Geraldine and spritz for youre bits

Q: Would this work on toenails?

I doubt it as it didnt even work on my skin which is more absorbent. I would skip it and buy a dedicated product.
