Masquerade Mask for Women with Rhinestones - Elegant Metal Venetian Face Mask for Masquerade Parties, Mardi Gras, Prom

My daughter had a Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball to attend with her homeschool group. I was a little concerned about masks, because she's autistic & has sensory issues. We did a lot of searching and read the reviews. This mask was stunningly feminine & had pink stones. It had good reviews about comfort & staying in place, & I liked the fact that everyone said the mask could be formed to individually fit the face. When it came, I was still concerned because it is metal, but surprisingly, my daughter found it comfortable and wore it all night long. If you are concerned about comfort, get this mask! if my daughter liked it & was able to wear it all night long, you'll find it comfortable too.

This mask is delicate, but very stunning. The item I received was packaged neatly and had no flaws. The metal can be gently molded for a perfect fit to your face. It is very light weight. I was surprised when I first picked it up at how light it is, considering it is metal. It is true that some of the prong bits do look like if you are rough with it they might break off, but considering this is an adult mask I would assume most users would not have a problem with this. I found this to be well made and the price simply can't be beat. I put this up to a mask I purchased at a local super store chain at Halloween for roughly the same price. There is simply NO comparison. The other has elastic, while this has pretty ribbons. The superstore mask has glue marks all over the heavy trim glued to it. This has no glue marks and instead offers a light and delicate silhouette. For the price this is amazing. I would have easily payed up to $25 or $30 for a mask of this quality, and likely would have had to at a local costume shop. I can't wait to wear this!

Beautiful comfortable mask that's easy to bend to fit your face. Only docked a star because the tie (rather than elastic) band made it a bit harder to secure on my head. I just put a couple Bobby pins on the ribbon to hold it from sliding.

PROS: The mask is metal, not paper. (I don't know about you, but that makes me very happy. I can't stand paper masks) It was very easy to bend to fit my face, but I had to bend it very carefully. The mask is very light and I could wear it for days! Mask came in a day before expected; Very happy with the way it was shipped. :) CONS: I feel like the mask will snap easily if bent too much. The ribbon keeping the mask on seems very cheap, however that's not a problem with me. It may be a problem for others though. The rhinestones are gorgeous, however, they seems like they will fall out if something catches onto it. I'm sure the rhinestones will stay, but you never know. I'm hoping the glue stays strong. Overall: I absolutely adore this mask! I have a masquerade prom coming up, and I've noticed most of my classmates have ordered plastic or paper masks, and they're already regretting getting them. So, I can't wait to show this mask off! Would definitely recommend! :)

It's good the mask is a moldable/bendable thin metal, and yes it looks neat on, but....this is not a mask I could wear comfortably for any length of time, the metal is bendable across my face but not down my face, so it feels quite restricting and...mask-like. I know, I know, lol. The eye holes are kind of small...I have large eyes and the edges of the eye holes are restricting to my vision and lashes no matter how I bend it. The rhinestones were not glued on very well, one had come off during shipping but thankfully was in the package so I was able to glue it back on, but several of them have globby bits of glue around them and are off-center-not a problem from far away or in a dim light (probably the conditions of wherever people wear these kinds of things anyways so don't fret). The ribbon attached for tying around your head is very cheap and flimsy, but you could get a heavier duty velvet ribbon or something to replace them with if you were fussy. Basically, I think it's worth it for the $9 or so, but you might want to be prepared to do a little modification to your liking.

I bought this for NYE, and I loved my look and so did everyone else. It's elegant and sexy and not overpowering. Perfect!

I decided to roll the dice on this item even after seeing the other negative reviews here. Don't be me. Product arrived folded in half so I had to carefully unfold it hoping it wouldn't break, and two rhinestones were completely missing (not in the bag).
