Q: What size plates does this accommodate?

I got mine yesterday and my 10x12 plates fit o.k. they rode kinda low in the carrier. And there is a lot of room in the plate pocket, the plate pocket cavity extends all the way up to and into the shoulder straps. There is a lot of room for 11x14s, in fact it's probably better with the bigger plates.

Q: My stomach is 55in with this fit?

Well I’m 6ft, 270lbs.. it fits me but it’s a bit snug.

Q: Will the magazine pouches Velcro shut with standard sized AR mags in them?

I assume you are asking if standard AR mags with the Velcro strap over them will fit or not? If so yes they will fit and with a little bit of room left over too.

Q: I have a regular police Kevlar vest and want to know if my soft panels can be placed in this vest.

I have a threat level III vest and the panels fit fine. I believe they will take this vest as a return if yours don't fit. Good luck!
