The Acrobat PDF Files make very personal files!

Probably the worst software package I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. The text commands on the ribbon at the top of the screen cannot be viewed in full, they are in a small very faint font and are difficult to read, additionally, there is insufficient room to display the full text, so an element of guess work is required when using the top ribbon.The programme is Not intuitive to use, I have been using various Windows and Office software packages for over 30 years but to complete some of the basic commands in Perfect PDF 10 requires spending valuable time scrolling through the user manual to find out how to carry out the basic of commands.It is such an awkward programme to use, it is bad enough having to refer to the user manual all the time but even the user manual is long-winded, confusing.Badly designed, written and produced, do not waste your money, not recommended.

What I mean it’s not set out well and much harder than Adobe acrobat 10

I have bought this twice and have a copy on both my laptops. So easy to merge multiple PDFs to one document.

Important if you want to add security to your files so can put passwords also on it.

Cheap product, easy to install, frustrating to use

After writing my first review Toby from their customer service reached out to me. Needles to say I was surprised. After a brief explanation of my problem they immediately sent me a solution. I must say that I am now completely satisfied now Perfect PDF 10 Premium. I find it a very good product and a great replacement for Adobe Acrobat DC which is no longer supported by Adobe. PDF 10 is much cheaper then a Adobe Acrobat DC subscription. I also find the Video tutorials on their CD are a great help in beating the learning curve. So far this product is living up to what they say it can do. I would highly recommend Perfect PDF 10 PREMIUM with the OCR. I also have to say their customer support is outstanding!

To start with, I do like the program, and it is worth the money, as long as you didn’t pay more than $50.00. I do agree with most of the negative reviews. There is definitely a learning curve, and for some it may seem steep. The first issue is, when you first pull up the screen, there are lots of icons and it’s not clear where to go to get your document. There is a Blue button to the far upper left with an Capital “S”, that is the start point. Click that > then > open > then select an existing PDF. If the PDF has lots of pages, they will load in on the left side of the screen. Icons will display under the word PAGES. The Pages can be displayed as thumbnails, and resized with the icon that looks like a folder with a yellow crank.I think most people probably really don’t want to read through a long manual. On the main screen is the USER GUIDE - Click on it, then select print, and then set the printer to - Print PDF and ok. Save the file to your desktop. Now bring the PDF up, and print it out if you want. Here’s the thing, with this program, there’s 117 pages of info in the User Guide. I believe if you bought the program you need to go through it, and try out all the commands to get your money’s worth.So far I have been able to do what I wanted. You also can customize the menu’s. So it is possible to group commands together.
