Help me stay buff and healthy

I have a steady 5-day 5 am workout. I take creatine in the morning with a light breakfast and a glass of orange juice. I take these vitamins during lunch and stay hydrated throughout the day with 64oz or more of water. I waited about 2 weeks to make a proper review of this product and have to say that I didn't feel a difference in the first few days but by the end of the first week, I felt a difference in my muscle recovery, more energy in later parts of the day, and since it takes vitamin deficiencies a few weeks to adjust in your body, I started to notice a keener sense of thought throughout the day to keep me better focused. This is only my opinion but everyone's body can react differently, so just keep notice of yours and if you maintain a steady workout and healthy diet I would highly recommend these. If you are taking vitamins just to take them, well, there are likely better products to fit your habits. And yes, the vitamin B-12 will cause your body to pee neon yellow but that is only a sign of good kidney function as it extracts the unnecessary amount out of your system according to my doctor it is a harmless effect. I would also like to note that Californias Prop 65 is the cause of the cancer warning on the label due to the plastic, taking these vitamins past their expiration or if the bottle is kept in poor conditions to taint the pills can cause you harm but I don't see anything unsafe about these under proper conditions after doping my thorough research before taking.

I take these daily and they are the real deal. They are vitamin heavy, with over 100% of daily values (sometimes up to 3,333%!), so you always are getting enough of everything, regardless of where you start your day.Definitely don't take them on an empty stomach though. It says "take with food" and that is NOT a suggestion. I figured I'd be okay taking the pills without eating one morning and it just hit my body way too hard and I ended up getting super nauseous.The price point is also awesome compared to other vitamins I've considered, breaking down to around 60 cents/day for the 180 pack. Not too bad for an easy way to stay healthy!

For context, I used to be a big drinker. Drinking too much can lead to severe vitamin deficiencies as your body cannot properly absorb them. Once I decided to quit I still felt weak and I always had brain fog. I started taking these for about a week and noticed dramatic improvements. Brain fog started to go away, my appetite finally increased, started getting less cramps etc. Nowadays I just take half the dose which is more than enough.

I bought this for my husband because he’s working two jobs and gets exhausted easily. I read a lot of reviews about this product and I’m glad I gave in. Although it has a strong smell, it is easy to swallow and I can see that this product helped my husband when it comes to energy, performance and mental alertness. He doesn’t feel exhausted right away and has a lot of energy throughout the day. Will definitely repurchase!
