Have not used this on a beard, but I’d consider your shirt choice carefully as I did discolor a pillow case or two forgetting to wash out completely before bed.

Does it comes off from shampoo the next day

Yes it comes off with shampoo the same day as well.

Do I use this before or after curl the hair with hot curling iron?

I styled my hair before with gel and then added the color. I have a mohawk so no curling iron.
