Kuryakyn 5641 Motorcycle Engine Accessory: Tappet Block Accent Cover for 2014-19 Indian Motorcycles, Chrome

Really sets off the right side of the engine! Bolt holes may not line up properly. I used a piece of wood to push and line up the bolt holes. Wood doesn’t scratch chrome easily.

Good fit, and functionality and made out of quality metal and chrome plated.

After the initial installation was unsuccessful. I had to replace the adhesive tape to get a secured bond

While the tappet block definitely enhances the chrome appeal and is a beautiful addition to the bike, it did not line up properly with the holes in the engine. It did not go right on the bike and needed the assistance of a rubber mallet and continuous pressure as I put in the front screw. I was afraid the screw would strip since the holes on the Kuryakyn did not line up exactly with the bolt holes on the Thunderstroke 111. The Kuryakyn piece will not flex much, which is good but made it harder to install.This piece is made of metal (not plastic) and appears well constructed and high quality. It would have received 5 stars but the install was not as easy as it should have been.
