On day 2 of having this we dropped the leash and this broke in a few pieces. It went back together easily with no damage so I'd say it's a decent quality and works well.

Update: my dog got loose again and this time, I ran after her and accidentally step on this piece twice. It cracked very badly but didn't break!!! The 2 pieces can still snap together but not strong anymore due to the cracks. After this, I used the one from the bulk waste bag from amazon, and that thing is too thin and hard to adjust the bag. Have to go back and buy this again!!! Better than most out there.I attach this to my dog leash. She got loose with the leash twice and ran around the neighborhood pulling this. I thought it broke in 2 pieces but nope, just the normal 2 pieces you would open to refill the waste bag. Afterward, I just need to snap and twist them back together and work again (with scratch of course)! Will see if it break when my dog got loose again but so far we love it.

This dispenser is a little bigger than I though my but I love it. The bags that come with it are so thick, the dispenser feels sturdy and it’s attractive. My only flaw is that the bag roll is a little tight when you go to get a new bagUpdate at year 3: I still use this bag holder every day but have noticed the threads are slipping and the base is not as secure as it used to be and falls off on occasion.

Liked the attachment and dispensing. But the spindle inside the top broke off and the bags wouldn’t dispense well. also the bottom tends to come unscrewed and so we lost the bottom on some walk.

I like this product, but wanted to love it. I wanted a more durable and rugged product. The plastic is just too thin and breakable. I appreciate that the designers may have been thinking about weight, but I would like a bit heavier of a product that I feel would last and bounce and not crack and not have scratches all over it, because dogs are rugged and bounce and don't crack and make scratches on almost everything, lol...

I've been using Tug Dog Waste bags for my pups entire life! I like that they are unscented, sturdy, and not too transparent. Nobody needs to see my dog's poop, so it is nice that it's opaque for the most part. I also like that they are bright orange so my neighbors can see I do my duty and pick up my dog's doody :)
