After few months, it is throwing too much flame.. and there is no support. They don't even answer the calls

Honestly, so far so good for me.Residing in Srinagar where the water is ice cold, it does an excellent job and takes the water temp. to ~45 degrees at max settings.The fire thing shown in one of the customer videos seems to be a result of improper installation probably a loose, leaking gas pipe connector. Some tips for installation:Mount the geyser at a feasable place ~6ft from the floor,connect the water inlet and outlet and check for any leaks(a clicking sound heard means water sensors are working),connect the gas hose using teflon tape, turn on the gas regulator and check for gas leaks(smell,listen) If all okay insert two A batteries,turn on the switch, turn on your hot water tap and you should be good!!! Warranty is a joke for this brandReviewed in India on 16 November 2024The geyser worked for 2 days after purchase and then stopped working. On calling customer care, I was told that a technician would visit within 72 working hours. It has been 1 month and multiple calls to the customer care since that. They don’t pick the call most of the times, and when they do, they assure you that technician will visit in a day or two. Since they assured timely resolution, I let go of the return window which I have now realised was a BIG MISTAKE. I had seen similar reviews before purchasing this product but ignored them based on the ratings which seemed okay. If you are reading this, please don’t buy this
