This item is amazing can’t recommend it enough just follow the instructions on the Amazon page after purchase as it doesn’t come with any, I used this while making a bottle and I was able to fill a bottle in about 10 minutes where before it would take much longer it helps when your breasts are sore and opens up clogged ducts
