Even though i struggled a little bit with tht assembly at first, this bench overall is very easy to assemble as long as you are relatively competent with basic tools. It it well built and so far seems solid. I chose not to assemble/add the handles part because I don't plan on adding any add on accessories light leg extension/pec fly add on. It keeps the form factor light for each maneuverability and makes it easy to move around my basement. I didn't have all the parts in my personal tool set so had to get an extra adjustable wrench to tighten some bolts. For ~ half a grand, it's good value too.

Solid as can be very versatile doesn't get much better.

I have had a lot of workout equipment over the years, but this has been the best. Especially for the price. Very well made, very well packaged, and easy to assemble. I love the different attachments you can put on this bench. I am very impressed. My only complaint is I had to put blocks under the front feet so my feet don’t drag. I am 6’2” so if you’re any taller this might not be for you.

Please do not buy this giant pile of garbage! Extremely low top ground my feet hit doing extensions. Things keep popping off of it and the weight clamp for leg extension can't hold. I use three plates on leg extension and it flys up in air like a bronco. Save your money

My husband loves this bench! He spent a ton of time researching and chose this one and is so happy he did. He says it's better than gym quality and it doesn't wobble with heavy lifting!

I have both this bench , and the Powertec Workbench(bench press). Both accept attachments, but this stand alone bench seems sturdier, and more firmly stable. They are designed slightly different. This particular bench is very versatile, and easy to move around. I have this bench outside, and my workbench in the garage. Having both, allows me to use two different attachments without making changes.. I have the pec/fly attachment, the dip attachment, the bicep attachment, and the leg lift attachment, and of course the rack to house them. Attaching, and detaching the attachments, are quick and easy Good addition for any home gym, in my opinion
